In order to strengthen our commitment to society, Varvel has
since 2004 been providing ongoing support to three non-profit
organisations: UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund), MSF
(Médicins sans Frontères) and ANT (National Cancer Association).
Environmental protection is also part of Varvel’s values and it
is for this reason that Varvel certified in 2001 its Environmental

Continuiamo a crescere, costruire, sviluppare, con grande energia ed entusiasmo. Guardiamo al futuro, consapevoli che quanto abbiamo
realizzato sia una base solida, fatta di persone, collaborazioni, partnership. Una grande squadra che ha dimostrato di credere in Varvel,
nei progetti e nei piani per il domani, senza far mai mancare l’appoggio, sia spirituale che concreto.
Nel ritrovarci abbiamo constatato come il mercato internazionale stia premiando chi non ha mai smesso di investire nella ricerca,
innovando e rispondendo alle nuove esigenze di una clientela sempre più vasta e piena di aspettative.
Negli oltre 60 Paesi in cui siamo presenti, il nostro marchio è sinonimo di qualità, di affidabilità, di made in Italy, ma non solo.

Quando si pensa alla vita, ci si immagina una famiglia, dei figli, vacanze, emozioni. Anche un’azienda, in un certo senso, ha una vita
propria, fatta di strette di mano, di sorrisi, di traguardi raggiunti e di sfide raccolte. Perché un’azienda ha un’anima, una quotidianità,
un insieme di esperienze che segnano il passo nella via della crescita, dello sviluppo e della condivisione di impegni, ma anche di valori.
In questa ottica la prima Convention Internazionale di Varvel ha lasciato il segno, in una tre giorni in cui hanno trovato posto impressioni,
sensazioni e testimonianze di un lavoro comune portato avanti a migliaia di chilometri di distanza.
Sono queste le testimonianze di una vita aziendale che nella sua diversità unisce individui così lontani tra loro, ma in realtà così
vicini negli intenti, accomunati da valori che generano un comune sentire, un senso di gruppo, di squadra, di comunità, o come
si usa oggi, di community.
Testimonianze che si vivono e che si condividono, anche all’esterno, durante convegni, fiere, lezioni, quando si ha la possibilità
di trasferire ad altri quell’impianto valoriale che regge non soltanto la qualità dei prodotti, ma anche dei servizi e del rapporto
cliente/fornitore, in cui fiducia e rispetto rivestono un valore paritetico all’affidabilità e alla validità della proposta.
Operare al meglio e avere il desiderio di comunicare ciò che si è, non per raccogliere il plauso del pubblico, ma per lasciare un segno
tangibile di ciò che si ha avuto il coraggio di mettere in atto, insieme, ottimizzando processi, ideando, progettando e producendo
elementi che sfuggono ai più, ma che mettono in movimento altri macchinari, altre vite.
Perché fin dalle origini dell’uomo, una testimonianza è la prova dell’esistenza, ma anche la dichiarazione della volontà di proseguire
un viaggio, una vita che Varvel ha intrapreso oltre sessant’anni fa.
When one thinks about life, one imagines a family, children, holidays, excitement. In a certain sense, a company also has its own life,
consisting of hand shakes, smiles, targets reached and challenges overcome. Because a company has a soul, an everyday life,
a combination of experiences which mark the stages of growth, of development and the sharing of commitments, but also of values.
In this light, Varvel’s first International Convention has left a mark, in the course of three days during which there was space for impressions
and sensations, bearing witness to a common task, carried out thousands of kilometers away.
There is evidence of a company life which brings together individuals who are such a long way from each and yet in reality so close in intent,
having values in common which generate a common feeling, a sense of group, of team or as people say these days, of community.
These are testimonials which are also experienced and shared abroad, during conferences, trade fairs, lessons, where there is the
possibility to impart to others that system of values that underpins not just the quality of the products, but also the services and
the client/supplier relationship, in which trust and respect represent as important a value as reliability and validity of the proposal.
Operating in the best possible way and wishing to communicate what one does, not to win public applause, but rather to leave a tangible
sign of what one has had the courage to bring about, working together, optimizing processes, devising, designing and producing elements
that escape many but which put other machinery into motion, other lives.
Because right from the origins of mankind, a witness has been a proof of existence, but also the declaration of the wish to continue

in the international trade fair WIN Au-
tomation Eurasia. It is the most important event dedicated to the manufacturing
industry in the Middle East, and was held in Istanbul from 17 to 20 March.
Companies from over 25 Countries from all over the world took part in the
exhibition. The days spent at the stand demonstrated that the market is very
interested in Varvel’s products being shown, in particular the worm and helical
gearboxes. There were a large number of visitors who registered at the stand,
including partner companies, potential collaborators, constructors and users.

2016 edition of the biannual trade fair Drives &
Control, which took place in Birmingham from 12
