WHO IS ENERMIA?
EnerMia is an innovative start up founded in Ganuary 2017 and operating in the EV
charging market.
Within the market EnerMia is a Charging Point Operator (CPO) and an E Mobility
Provider (EMP).
Afert the first two years of start up, the company is now trying to scale up the
business by:
1. Implementing its pubblic infrastructure
2. Creating specific commercial offers for our private and business customer through
   our network of agents
3. Singing agreement with third parties that want make specific offers to their
   customer (i.e. utilities provider)

WHAT WE DO AS CHARGINA POINT OPERATOR
                        EnerMia as CPO offers to:

                  Project the optimal charging infrastructure
               Provide and Install the charging infrastrucutre
         Remote management of the infrastructure and in particular:
                                Manage the acess
                       Manage the payment and billing
       Give assistance to end customare thourgh a dedicated call center
        Remote management of the infrastrucutre and trouble shooting

OUR COMMERCIAL OFFER FOR PRIVATE
CUSTOMER
Enermia has segmentaed the market potential client and has studied specific offers for each cluster.
This helps a lot the agent in proposing our products as the level of knowlege is still very low and there is
an actual need for simplicity.

Each of our offer is «keys in hand»: we take care of all the phases that enable our customer to provide
the service to final users:
1. Managing the infrastructure from our back end;
2. Dedicated resourse for issue relating tho the charging point and
3. Assure interoperability of the station thanks to agreement signed with other
4. Manage billing and invoicing
5. Dedicated Call Center for end customer
6. Managing RFID request from end customer
7. Offer our App for customer front end

COMMERCIAL OFFERS AND OUR NETWORK
EnerMia has defined specific offers for potential target market.
Our network of agents interacts with our commercial responsible through a dedicated back end. All the
agents have been registred in our back end where also our offers have been configured. The agents can
therefore propose and quote any offer autonomusly.

BACK END FOR AGENTS: FUNCTIONALITIES
The back end for agents has many funcionalities that help and guide them selling our
products:

1. Integrated CRM system: each agent can and has to register any potential client in the platform. No
   other agent can then solicit the same client
2. Price and commission list is the same for each agent
3. Authomatic quotation
4. Order module authomaticaly generated in the platform
5. Commissions are calculated authomatically
6. Very easy procedures to follow
7. Questionnaire for understanding which offer is the best for the prospect client

WHAT WE ALSO OFFER TO OUR AGENTS
We have now started also to contact directly potential customer through phone calls.
When the call center finds an interested potential customer, it assign it to the local representative of
EnerMia that will book an appointment and exlplain in more detail our producte.
Every phone call, appointment and sell is registred in our CRM in order to make statistics on the market
penetrability.
