Company Profile
Zandonà inizia la sua storia nel 1985, basata in uno dei distretti industriali tra i più importanti al
mondo, impegnandosi nella ricerca e sviluppo di soluzioni per il settore plastico-tecnologico.
Nel 1997 inizia lo studio e la realizzazione dei primi Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale (DPI) che
verranno ultimati e commercializzati nel mondo dal 2001.
Dal 2001 Zandonà è garanzia di competenza e professionalità nella realizzazione di DPI, esclu-
sivamente progettati, certificati e prodotti in Italia.
L’esperienza acquisita nel tempo consente all’azienda di offrire al mercato prodotti innovativi, di
qualità elevata e contraddistinti da un design funzionale.
La collaborazione con reparti corse e piloti, designers, modellisti e tecnici esterni è per Zandonà
stimolo di innovazione e continuo aggiornamento tecnico. La condivisione di queste esperienze
contribuisce ad arricchire ulteriormente il proprio laboratorio di Ricerca e Sviluppo, rendendo i

About Us
Zandonà begins his story in 1985, based in one of the most important industrial districts in the
world, engaging in Research and Development of solutions for plastics-technology. In 1997
began the study and the implementation of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) that will be
completed and market worldwide since 2001.
Since 2001 Zandonà is a guarantee of competence and professionalism in the implementation
of PPE, exclusively designed, certified and produced in Italy.
The experience gained over time allows the company to offer innovative products, high in quality
and covered by a functional design.
Cooperation with racing teams and pilots, external designers, modelers and technicians is sti-
mulus for Zandonà to innovate and for a continuous technical updating. The sharing of these

Esatech Armour Pro
Introduzione
“Esatech Armour Pro” è un sistema di protezione per il torace (Schiena + Sterno) comple-
tamente omologato CE secondo la EN1621-2/03. Il capo è realizzato al 100% in Italia con
materiali pregiati e tessuti speciali. L’imbottitura interna è realizzata in E.V.C. (Evoluted Vi-
scoelastic Cells), innovativa gomma idrorepellente anti-shock ad alto rapporto performance/
peso/spessore, completamente perforata per favorire la traspirazione dall’area a contatto con
il corpo verso l’esterno. “Esatech Armour Pro” offre una eccezionale vestibilità e comodità
perché asseconda perfettamente i movimenti del corpo.
Caratteristiche principali:
• S.R.T. (Sweat Removing Textile – tessuto traspirante 3D che espelle il sudore);
• ESATECH SYSTEM per assorbire elevate energie d’impatto (placca esterna composta da
struttura esagonale nitrilica anti-shock);
• Fascia lombare di chiusura in vita con sistema a doppia regolazione elasticizzata;
• RENEW MEMORY TECHNOLOGY (RNW): tecnologia integrata al materiale che, dopo una
compressione, restituisce lentamente la forma e condizioni originali.
• Paraschiena di performance LIVELLO 2 (forza residua 4,6 kN di media).
La pettorina è removibile ed il paraschiena è utilizzabile singolarmente mediante l’uso di
bretelle accessorie, acquistabili separatamente.
Introduction

The internal padding is made of E.V.C. (Evoluted Viscoelastic Cells), innovative waterproof anti-shock
material with high performance/weight/thickness rate, completely perforated to increase perspiration
from the contact area to the outside.
“Esatech Armour Pro” offers a great comfort because it follows and satisfies the natural movements
of the body.
Main features:
• S.R.T. (Sweat Removing Textile – very transpiring 3D textile which transfers sweat to the out-
side);
• ESATECH SYSTEM absorbing high impact energies (external plate made of hexagonal nitrile
anti-shock structure);
• RENEW MEMORY TECHNOLOGY (RNW): built-in technology which returns the material slowly to
its original shape and size after any compression;
• Waistband closing system with a double elastic regulation;
• LEVEL 2 back protector (residual force 4.6 kN on average).
The chest protector is removable: the back protector can be used individually adding accessory bra-

Introduzione
I paraschiena “Esatech Back Pro” sono stati progettati per proteggere la zona schiena-scapole dagli urti e per garantire un ottimo supporto lombare.
Struttura
La placca esterna è composta da una struttura esagonale nitrilica anti-shock, particolarmente studiata per assorbire elevate energie d’impatto coinvolgendo
tutta la superficie della placca.
L’imbottitura interna è realizzata in E.V.C. (Evoluted Viscoelastic Cells), innovativa gomma idrorepellente anti-shock ad alto rapporto performance/peso/
spessore, completamente perforata per favorire la traspirazione dall’area a contatto con il corpo verso l’esterno.
La chiusura in vita della fascia lombare è confortevole ed ha un sistema a doppia regolazione elasticizzata.
Il paraschiena è comodo perché segue ed asseconda i movimenti della colonna vertebrale ed offre un’ottima protezione.
Tecnologie applicate
• ESATECH SYSTEM (ETS): si tratta di un sistema anti-shock realizzato con composto nitrilico di forma esagonale. La formulazione del materiale è stata
ottimizzata per l’assorbimento di elevati valori di energia d’impatto, mentre la forma a nido d’ape dissipa l’energia sulla superficie intera del protettore.
Esatech System è un guscio tecnologico di ultima generazione che fornisce una protezione superiore pur essendo elastico e leggero, attuando inoltre la
RENEW MEMORY TECHNOLOGY.
• RENEW MEMORY TECHNOLOGY (RNW): è una tecnologia integrata al materiale che, dopo una compressione, restituisce lentamente la forma e condizioni
originali. Questa tecnologia permette di eseguire molteplici impatti sulla stessa superficie, senza perdita di prestazione protettiva.
• CALIBRATED MULTILAYER DENSITIES (CMD): la protezione è composta da strati di diversa mescola e densità, calibrati per massimizzare il livello protet-
tivo, minimizzando ingombri e massa necessari.
• SLIDING LAYERS TECHNOLOGY (SLT): è una tecnologia di fissaggio che mantiene gli strati in posizione pur consentendo di scorrere un po’ tra loro. Questa
tecnologia massimizza la flessibilità e la comodità di tutto il sistema.
• VENTILAZIONE E TESSUTO 3D ANTI-SUDORE (SRT): il dispositivo di protezione è completamente forato per massimizzare la circolazione dell’aria. Inoltre
lo strato di contatto è costituito da S.R.T. (Sweat Removing Textile), tessuto 3D molto traspirante che trasferisce il sudore verso l’esterno.

Structure
The external plate is an hexagonal nitrile anti-shock structure, particularly designed to absorb high impact energies involving its whole surface.
The internal padding is made by E.V.C. (Evoluted Viscoelastic Cells), innovative waterproof anti-shock material with high performance/weight/thickness rate, completely
perforated to increase perspiration from the contact area to the outside.
The waist closing have a double elastic regulation system, excellent against back-aches and comfortable.
The back protector follows and satisfies the natural movement of the spinal column offering an excellent protection.
Technologies
• ESATECH SYSTEM (ETS): it is an Hexagonal Nitrile Anti-Shock System. Its material formula is studied to perform great absorption especially to high-impact energy,
reducing it to a certain lower level, while the honeycomb shape dissipates the impact energy over the whole protector surface. Esatech System is an ultimate tech-
nologic external shell that provides a superior protection while being elastic, light and performing the RENEW MEMORY TECHNOLOGY.
• RENEW MEMORY TECHNOLOGY (RNW): it is a built-in technology which returns the material slowly to its original shape and size after any compression. This techno-
logy allows to perform multiple impacts over the same surface, without loss of protective performance.
• CALIBRATED MULTILAYER DENSITIES (CMD): the protector is made by layers with different composition and density, calibrated to perform with a minimized load and
profile.
• SLIDING LAYERS TECHNOLOGY (SLT): it is a fixing layers technology which keeps the layers in position while allowing to slide a bit between them. This technology
maximizes the softness and comfort of the entire system.
• VENTILATION & SWEAT REMOVING TEXTILE (SRT): the protector is completely perforated to maximize air circulation. The contact layer is made by S.R.T. (Sweat
Removing Textile) which is a very transpiring 3D textile that transfers the sweat to the outside.

Introduzione
I paraschiena “Shield Evo” sono stati progettati per proteggere la colonna vertebrale dagli urti e per garantire un ottimo supporto lombare.
Concetto Protettivo
L’energia d’impatto viene innanzitutto dissipata dalla Scocca Plastica in modo tale che maggior superficie dello Shock Absorber venga
subito coinvolto nella fase di assorbimento (in questo modo viene ottimizzato lo spessore del protettore). La forza di picco residua
uscente dallo Shock Absorber viene quindi maggiormente ammortizzata dallo strato di Materiale di Supporto del protettore
che funge inoltre da primo materiale altamente traspirante di contatto con il corpo.
Scocche
La loro funzione principale è proteggere contro perforazione ed intrusione, realizzate in TPP non producono schegge in caso
d’urto. Il numero delle scocche (lunghezza del paraschiena) varia a seconda dell’altezza dell’utilizzatore.
Struttura
Le scocche sono congiunte da un sistema lamellare che garantisce la distribuzione del colpo in tutta la superficie della
protezione. La struttura sottostante le scocche (ESACOMP) è un sistema di celle esagonali che garantisce un elevato
potere antishock. L’accoppiato di PE + tessuto, di supporto al sistema protettivo, è di materiale morbido, traspirante ed
antibatterico. La chiusura in vita della fascia lombare è confortevole ed ha un sistema a doppia regolazione elasticizzata.
Il paraschiena è comodo perché segue ed asseconda i movimenti della colonna vertebrale offrendo un’ottima protezione.

Protective Concept
the impact energy is primarily dissipated by the Plastic Plate so that the most of the Shock Absorber area is immediately involved in the absorbing
phase (in this way the thickness of the protector is optimized). The residual force exiting the Shock Absorber is then even more damped by the
Support Layer (that also serves as highly breathable material at first contact with the body).
Back Protector Plates
Their main purpose is protecting against drilling and intrusion. The plates are realized in TPP, splinter-proof in case of impact. The quantity of plates
(length of the back protector) have to be chosen according to the user height.
Back Protector Structure
The plates are joined to a drop a wire system which guarantees the impact distribution throughout the whole protection surface.
The structure underneath the plates (ESACOMP) is a system of Hexagonal cells which guarantees high shock absorption level.
The coupled material of PE + tissue, which is support of the protective system, is Soft, Transpiring and Anti-bacterial.

I paraschiena “Shark EVC” (e “Shark Jackets EVC”) sono stati progettati per proteggere la zona lombare (“Shark EVC x4-x5”) e la zona schiena-scapole (“Shark EVC x6-x7-x8-x9”) dagli urti e per ga-
rantire un ottimo supporto lombare. Entrambi i sistemi di protezione sono prodotti con innovativi materiali altamente tecnologici, tanto da essere omologati EN 1621-2 liv.2, il massimo della protezione
secondo la severissima normativa CE.

Shark EVC - Features
Introduction
“Shark EVC” back protectors (and “Shark Jackets EVC”) have been studied to protect the lumbar zone (“Shark EVC x4-x5”) and the back zone (“Shark EVC x6-x7-x8-x9”) from collisions while offering a good lumbar
support. Those protection systems have been realized and studied using ultimate technology and materials, getting approved according to EN 1621-2 Lev.2, the most restrictive performance level.
Protective Concept
the impact energy is primarily dissipated by the Plastic Plate so that the most of the Shock
Absorber area is immediately involved in the absorbing phase (in this way the thickness of the
protector is optimized). The residual force exiting the Shock Absorber is then even more damped
by the Support Layer (that also serves as highly breathable material at first contact with the body).
Plates
Their main purpose is protecting against drilling and intrusion. The plates are realized in TPP,
splinter-proof in case of impact. The quantity of plates (length of the back protector) have to be
chosen according to the user height.
Structure
The plates are joined to a drop a wire system which guarantees the impact distribution throughout
the whole protection surface.
E.V.C. (Evoluted Viscoelastic Cells) is located underneath the plates, it is an innovative waterproof
anti-shock material with high performance/weight/thickness rate.
The coupled material of PE + tissue, which is support of the protective system, is Soft, Transpiring
and Anti-bacterial.
The waist closing have a double elastic regulation system, excellent against back-aches and
comfortable.
The back protector follows and satisfies the natural movement of the spinal column, limits the
dangerous twisting and gives an excellent protection.
