Implicazioni: pieno accesso ai bandi
• Fino a oggi la categoria dei lavoratori autonomi era esclusa dalla
quasi totalità delle numerose agevolazioni destinate alle imprese.
• La Commissione Europea ha corretto questa discriminazione ed ha
esteso nuove opportunità di finanziamento ai professionisti e agli
studi associati.
• Le Regioni grazie alla Legge di Stabilità 2016, devono includere
anche i liberi professionisti nei bandi regionali.

La definizione di PMI
• Il Reg.CE N. 800/2008 contiene la seguente “Definizione di
PMI”.
• Si considera impresa ogni entità (…) che eserciti
un'attività economica. In particolare sono considerate tali
le entità che esercitano (…) attività a titolo individuale o
familiare, le società di persone o le associazioni che
esercitano un'attività economica.

• Rilevare cambiamenti naturali o danneggiamenti dolosi è un lavoro in cui la categoria dei
Geometri può dare un grande apporto professionale anche grazie ai nuovi strumenti di
rilievo.
• Prevenzione del rischio idrogeologico
• Monitoraggio e difesa delle aree a rischio idraulico, connesso sia alle aste fluviali che
alle reti di bonifica dal rischio di frane e di depauperamento dei sistemi naturali.
• Catasto delle infrastrutture di sottosuolo
• Censimento (accatastamento) della rete di impianti e servizi nelle aree urbane.

of the combination of physical and cyber threats to the
critical infrastructure of Europe.
Disruptions in the operation of our countries’ infrastructure may put at risk the functioning of
our societies and their economies (…) Proposals should focus on one of the following
critical infrastructures: Water Systems, Energy Infrastructure (power plants and
distribution), Transport Infrastructure and means of transportation, Communication
