TECHNOLOGY
Calu® is the answer to the request of lightness, strength and bending (tensile strength test achieves the
result of 70 Kg/meter).
It is composed by a core of aluminum alloy 7075 F56 and rolled up by the most superb quality of woven carbon.
WORLDWIDE EXCLUSIVE
This combination assures safety and high performances over the time. Besides, unlike a full-carbon tube,
bi-material CALU® is able to absorb diametrical forces. The product is environmentally safe as free of heavy
metals and polycyclic aromatic content (PCA) as often found in carbon or carbon composite materials.

Carbon tubes are made with a high percentage of carbon instead of resin and its tightly texture along
the section is easily visible to the naked eye. Carbon fiber permits a perfect balance between best swing

I tubi da noi utilizzati sono realizzati con un’alta percentuale di carbonio e non di resina. In sezione, infatti, le
numerose fibre di carbonio formano un fitto intreccio visibile ad occhio nudo e non un semplice composto
verosimile al vetro. Il carbonio permette un ottimo bilanciamento tra oscillazione e leggerezza per un uso
professionale. I tubi in carbonio vengono selezionati e controllati in azienda al fine di garantire l'uso del
bastone soprattutto in estreme condizioni di sforzo.
High quality and long duration are our goals: from these points start every choice we make.
Most part of Masters collection is made in aluminum alloy 7075 F56: low-density, malleable (at any
temperature), high tensile strength and corrosion resistance thanks to special processes.
Aluminum alloy 5083 F45 is the one used for basic models or single sections of telescopic poles, combined
with sections in aluminum alloy 7075.
Extruded tubes are successively quenched and artificially aged: manufacturing is made in Italy and each tube
is checked by exclusive and automatic machines and by the ability of our technicians. Aluminum is 100%
recyclable.
Elevata qualità e durata nel tempo sono i nostri punti fermi: da qui inizia ogni scelta che affrontiamo.
Per gran parte della collezione Masters, utilizziamo la lega di alluminio 7075 F56: bassa densità, elevata
duttilità (a qualsiasi temperatura), resistenza alla rottura e alla corrosione grazie a speciali trattamenti.
In alternativa, la lega di alluminio 5083 F45 è una lega utilizzata per i modelli basici o in singole sezioni in
combinazione con sezioni in lega di alluminio 7075.
I nostri tubi estrusi sono successivamente temprati e invecchiati artificialmente: tutte le operazioni sono
svolte in Italia e ogni tubo viene controllato da esclusive macchine automatiche e dalla capacità ed
esperienza dei nostri tecnici. L’alluminio è 100% riciclabile.

Clamper system allows users to adjust pole length quickly and simply
without tools, only screwing the cog with fingers. The external system is really
lightweight, thanks to a compact and slim shape; available in different colors
to match with the design of the poles.

SBS is able to bear more than 106 Kg. Thanks to our experience and know-how,
we can guarantee the reliability of this double cone of expansion realized with
DuPont® material tested to -50° C.

come ogni singolo espansore SBS sia in grado di sostenere più di 106 Kg. Grazie

comfortable position. Furthermore, in case of falls, the strap automatically
unlocks freeing the hand and avoiding possible injuries to the wrist.
