approfitta dei vantaggi economici per chi acquista una stufa a pellet Conto termico 2.0 Il conto termico è un incentivo erogato dal GSE (Gestione Servizi Energetici) che prevede, a partire dal 31 maggio 2016 un contributo in denaro per la nuova installazione di stufe, termocamini e caldaie a biomassa che rispondano a particolari requisiti e che siano installate in sostituzione di impianti di riscaldamento esistenti. Per sapere per quali stufe a pellet, termostufe a pellet e caldaie a pellet di Karmek One è previsto l’incentivo del Conto Termico vai su www.karmek.it Detrazioni fiscali Chi sceglie di acquistare una stufa a pellet, sia ad aria che idro, o una caldaia a pellet, può usufruire della detrazione dall’Irpef. Si applicano gli sconti perché l’installazione rientra tra i lavori agevolati di ristrutturazione, se si installa una nuova caldaia a pellet o una stufa con caldaia integrata e se l’intervento viene classificato come riqualificazione energetica da un tecnico progettista iscritto all’albo dei professionisti le percentuali variano in base alla legge in vigore al momento dell’acquisto.
