Installation time : 120 minute
Tools requirement: 1) Allen wrench 4-5-6-8 mm.
2) Open-end spanner 8-10-11-14 mm.
3) Brake Fluid DOT 4
4) Medium Thread Locker

Check the tecnical design and make sure you have all the pieces
The tecnical design will be useful for the following steps.
Session: footpegs stud custom kit.
2 Insert bushing and cup springs as photos.

3 Insert footpegs stud as photo.
4 Apply thread lock to M6x25 allen bolt .
Insert and secure as photos.

Left foot-rest

Insert screws M6x25 flathead bolt, apply thread lock and tighten peg.
Pay attention: for custom shift pegs kit will be needed adaptations.

Insert footpeg as photo.

Insert thickness as photo.

Insert m8x35 allen bolt.
Insert lever as photos.

Fasten m8x35 allen bolt.
Insert and fasten m10x25 allen bolt.

Secure shift rod with m8x30 bottonhead bolt.
Right Foot-rest

Insert screws M6x25 flathead bolt.

Apply thread lock and tighten peg.
Pay attention: for custom shift pegs kit will be needed adaptations.

Insert footpeg and Insert thickness as photo.

Insert m8x35 allen bolt.
Insert lever as photos.

Fasten m8x35 allen bolt.
Insert and fasten m10x25 allen bolt.

To continue the installation, you must remove the passenger
foot-rest pilot including the brake master cylinder.
Pay attention: brake master cylinder and shift lever joint head
will reused.
For disassemble and replacement oem parts
use the workshop manual.
Left Foot-rest

Insert tcce m10x40 allenhead bolt.
Attach bracket to frame as photo.

Insert and tighten m10x65 allenhead bolt.
Insert and tighten m10x40 allenhead bolt.

Screw OEM joint head and connect shift lever.

Fix hell guard with m6x25 allenhead bolts.
Right Foot-rest

Insert tcce m10x40 allenhead bolt.
Attach bracket to frame as photo.

Insert and tighten m10x65 allenhead bolt.
Insert and tighten m10x40 allenhead bolt.

Insert m6x25 allenhead bolt as photo.

Insert and secure OEM brake master cylinder.

Place brake master cylinder and insert but not fix m8x50 allenhead bolt.
Insert brake fluid reservoir as photo.

Connect brake lever with m6x20 buttonhead bolt.

To complete the installation
we recommend the purchase:
1pcs. brake hose 1000 mm. long.
1 pcs. Banjo 45 °
1 pcs. Banjo 0 °
1 pcs. Double banjo bolt m10x1.00
5 pcs. Brake line washer

Insert double banjo bolt on banjo 45° as photo and screw adapter
supplied.

Secure adapter to frame.

Install brake hose.

Fasten banjo 0° with OEM Banjo bolt and connect brake hose.

Fix hell guard with m6x10 top and m6x25 bottom allenhead bolts.
Secure master cylinder bracket.

Apply caps with tcce m10x20 allenhead bolts as photo.

Le restituzioni senza autorizzazione non verranno accettate.
Una tassa del 10% sul valore del prodotto, verrà trattenuta per il ristoccaggio del materiale.
La tassa del 10% non verrà trattenuta se la restituzione è dovuta ad un difetto della merce o ad un errore da parte
nostra.
Non si accetta il ritorno di merce manomessa.
Tutte le restituzioni devono essere spedite con trasporto prepagato e accuratamente imballate.
Non verranno assolutamente accettate le restituzioni a nostro carico.
Freepirits srl rilascerà un credito per la restituzione della merce del valore del prezzo di acquisto da utilizzarsi su
ordini futuri.
Reclami
Prima della spedizione le nostre merci vengono attentamente controllate e accuratamente imballate. Tutti i
reclami per danno o smarrimento durante il trasporto devono essere direttamente inoltrati dal cliente al corriere
che ha effettuato il trasporto. Di conseguenza è importante opporre immediatamente riserva sul documento di
trasporto relativo, onde ricevere eventuali risarcimenti.
FreeSpirits srl non è responsabile dei danni incorsi durante il trasporto.
Garanzia
La nostra garanzia è limitata alla riparazione o alla sostituzione di parti difettate solo entro 7 gg.
dalla data di acquisto. La garanzia non copre i danni per installazione impropria, negligenza, alterazione o cattivo uso.
Non si accetta alcun prodotto danneggiato o modificato a causa di installazione impropria.
