Il tuo impianto e caldaia necessitano delle giuste cure per poter funzionare correttamente e durare nel tempo. Il nostro defangatore
è il primo passo. L’installazione del nostro dispositivo previene rotture e malfunzionamenti separando e filtrando lo sporco e il
fango presente all’interno delle tubazioni. Il dispositivo magnetico contenuto all’interno, inoltre, rende il defangatore idoneo
all’installazione su impianti in cui vi è una maggiore concentrazione di particelle ferrose, incorostazioni e detriti dovuti alla
corrosione.
Super compatto
Le sue dimensioni super compatte ne permettono l’installazione praticamente sotto ogni caldaia. La costruzione in ottone nichelato
inoltre lo rende integrato a qualsiasi altro componente dell’impianto e soprattutto su installazioni a vista.

Il potente dispositivo magnetico interno, abbinato alla cartuccia filtrante è il cuore del nostro defangatore. Il magnete interno è a
contatto perennemente con il fluido, con la certezza di una corretta azione. Il dispositivo è stato dimensionato a dovere per
funzionare al massimo delle sue possibilità con le caldaie domestiche.
Una facile pulizia
Con l’apertura dello scarico si può far confluire lo sporco trattenuto all’interno del dispositivo. Per una pulizia più accurata del
magnete e della cartuccia, il defangatore è ispezionabile all’interno e totalmente smontabile. Il magnete del modello ASTRO 1B è
estraibile dall’esterno.

DESCRIZIONE
Il defangatore compatto ASTRO 1 è un dispositivo progettato per l’installazione su caldaie domestiche. Il sistema di separazione e
filtraggio dello sporco avviene grazie ad un cilindro filtrante all’interno del dispositivo, con lo scopo di separare le impurità e i fanghi
presenti all’interno dell’impianto di riscaldamento, preservando la caldaia ed i suoi componenti da eventuali rotture e malfunzionamenti.
All’interno è presente un dispositivo magnetico che rende il defangatore ASTRO 1 idoneo all’installazione su impianti in cui vi è una
maggiore concentrazione di particelle ferrose, incrostazioni e detriti dovuti alla corrosione. I sedimenti oltre a depositarsi sulla superficie
della cartuccia, vengono trattenuti quindi dal sistema magnetico, per poi essere eliminati tramite l’apertura del rubinetto di scarico.
DESCRIPTION
ASTRO 1 compact sludge removal is a device designed for domestic boiler installation. The separation and filtration system of the dirt is
achieved by means of a filter cylinder inside the device, with the purpose of separating the impurities and sludge inside the heating system,
preserving the boiler and its components from any breaks and malfunctions. Inside there is a magnetic device that makes the ASTRO 1
defogger suitable for installation on plants where there is a higher concentration of ferrous particles, encrustations and debris due to corrosion.
The sediments, besides depositing on the surface of the cartridge, are then retained by the magnetic system and then removed by the opening
of the drain valve.
PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO
La cartuccia metallica contenuta all’interno del defangatore ha
la funzione di fermare le impurità più grossolane e la fanghiglia.
Il dispositivo magnetico interno offre un ulteriore vantaggio nella
rimozione delle particelle ferrose presenti soprattutto negli
impianti datati, soggetti a corrosione
NO-DRIP SYSTEM
The metal cartridge contained within the defragmenter has the
function of stopping more coarse impurities and sludge. The internal
magnetic device offers a further advantage in the removal of ferrous
particles present especially in the plants that are dated, subject to
corrosion.

Il defangatore ASTRO 1 è stato progettato e viene costruito ed assemblato internamente allo stabilimento Ecoterm, ogni prodotto viene
controllato e verificato uno ad uno prima della spedizione. Il dispositivo è stato progettato per una facile installazione e semplici
operazioni di pulizia. La qualità generale di costruzione ne garantisce la più completa affidabilità. L’ottone nichelato offre inoltre una
finitura superficiale che ne permette l’installazione a vista, integrandosi perfettamente con altri particolari dell’impianto o della casa,
evitando il fenomeno dell’ossidazione. Il potente magnete interno garantisce un’efficacia superiore del dispositivo.

INSTALLAZIONE
Il defangatore ASTRO 1 dev’essere installato sul circuito di
ritorno prima dell’ingresso in caldaia, in modo tale da intercettare
le impurità che potrebbero danneggiare la caldaia stessa e i
circolatori.
INSTALLATION
The ASTRO 1 sludge removal must be installed on the return circuit
prior to the boiler input, in such a way as to intercept impurities that
could damage the boiler itself and the circulators.

PULIZIA DEL DISPOSITIVO
La pulizia del dispositvo avviene con
l’apertura dello scarico inferiore per far
fuorisucire lo sporco all’interno del
defangatore. Per una pulizia più
accurata smontare il dispositivo e
pulire il magnete. Nel modello ASTRO
1B la pulizia del magnete avviene
estraendolo dall’esterno e quindi
evitando l’apertura del dispositivo.
CLEANING OPERATION
The cleaning of the device occurs with
the opening of the lower discharge to

disassemble the device and clean the
magnet. In the ASTRO 1B model,
