Una storia esemplare
An exemplary past
L’azienda muove i suoi primi passi nel 1994 sulla spinta di una pressante
richiesta, proveniente dal mercato dapprima europeo e subito dopo mondiale:
progetta e produce sistemi di deumidificazione per il PET. Una sfida che i tre
soci fondatori accolgono, con determinazione, forti dell’esperienza maturata
nel settore. Nasce così la prima serie di deumidificatori per PET ad elevata
capacità produttiva e tecnologica.
E’ l’inizio di un’avventura imprenditoriale tutta in ascesa che porta l’azienda
ad estendere la gamma prodotti includendo stoccaggio materia prima,
impianti di trasporto centralizzati di granuli e polveri, deumidificazione
individuale e centralizzata, dosaggio gravimetrico e a perdita di peso.
Oggi Plastic Systems S.p.A è un affermato gruppo industriale con sedi
in Italia e all’estero ed è un punto di riferimento internazionale nella
progettazione e realizzazione di macchine, impianti, soluzioni avanzate per
il trattamento delle materie plastiche. Nel 2014 con l’ottica di fornire un
servizio e una gamma completa chiavi in mano, di macchine ausiliarie,
la Plastics Systems avvia il marchio Blauwer.
La nuova azienda del gruppo si occupa di progettare e produrre macchine
e sistemi di refrigerazione, termoregolazione e condizionamento.

Il quartier generale ha sede a Padova e dispone di quattro stabilimenti su
un area complessiva di 70.000 metri quadri, dove trovano spazio i reparti di
ricerca e sviluppo, progettazione, produzione e commerciale.
E’ integrata nell’azienda Steel Systems che si occupa di tutta la costruzione
delle parti metalliche che compongono le apparecchiature prodotte da
Plastic Systems e Blauwer. L’alto livello di automazione comprende tagli
laser fibra per tubi e lamiere, sistemi automatici di piegatura e saldatura.
Nel 2006 a fronte di una crescente richiesta dei mercati asiatici viene aperta
la sede produttiva di 40.000 metri quadri a Shanghai (China), oggi il più
importante sito produttivo di aziende europee del settore.
Negli anni successivi vengono aperte filiali dirette in Brasile, India ed
USA con l’obbiettivo di supportare la clientela a livello globale.
