Forza e leggerezza
G&G utilizza profilati estrusi in lega di alluminio primario 6060 da
lavorazione plastica EN AW 6060 UNI-EN 573-3 sottoposti ad un pro-
cesso di trattamento termico applicato secondo la normativa UNI EN
755-2 per ottenere lo stato fisico T5.
L’alluminio evita ogni tipo di manutenzione e rende ottimale la tenuta
all’acqua e all’aria dando al progettista la possibilità di esprimersi
con nuove forme e colori.
L’alluminio viene sottoposto ad un sistema di pretrattamento Quali-
coat Seaside per garantire delle prestazioni qualitative sempre più
performanti.
Il trattamento è in grado di eliminare le impurità che in genere si de-
positano sulla superfice dei profili in alluminio: ciò garantisce mag-
giore resistenza agli agenti atmosferici e alle nebbie saline.

Strength and lightness
G&G uses extrusions in primary aluminium alloy 6060 from plastic
processing EN AW 6060 UNI-EN 573-3 subjected to a heat treatment
process applied according to the UNI EN755-2 standard to obtain
the physical state T5.
Aluminium avoids the need for any kind of maintenance and gives
optimal water and air tightness, giving the designer the opportunity
to express himself with new shapes and colours.
The aluminium is subjected to a Quali-coat Seaside pre-treatment
system to ensure increasingly high-performance quality performan-
ce.
The treatment eliminates the impurities that generally settle on the
surface of the aluminium profiles: this guarantees greater resistance
to atmospheric agents and saline mist.

L’approvvigionamento di materie prime avviene attraverso l’utilizzo di tavola-
me certificato “FSC” (Forest Stewardship Council), successivamente lavora-
to con processi sottoposti a continui controlli di qualità certificati “ISO 9001”.
Con i designer della G&G viene implementata la soluzione personalizzata
ottimale: i profili possono essere realizzati su diversi supporti in legno ed
eventualmente rivestiti in legno tranciato o laminato in diverse finiture. Fon-
damentale importanza assume il processo di finitura dei profili, mediante
un’accurata levigatura e spazzolatura che esalta le proprietà estetiche del
vero legno.
Gli impianti di verniciatura e tinteggiatura automatizzati consentono di effet-
tuare tale fase nel pieno rispetto dell’ambiente. L’azienda promuove lo svi-
luppo sostenibile delle proprie attività, perseguendo una politica ambientale
mediante affidabili processi produttivi a basso impatto, scegliendo materiali
naturali e tinteggiature con prodotti a base acqua.

The procurement of raw materials takes place through the use of “FSC”
(Forest Stewardship Council) certified timber, subsequently processed
subjected to continuous “ISO 9001” certified quality controls. The optimal
customized solution is implemented with the designers of G&G: the profi-
les can be made on different wooden supports and possibly covered with
sliced or laminated wood in different finishes. The process of finishing the
profiles is of fundamental importance, through careful sanding and brushing
that enhances the aesthetic properties of real wood.
The automated painting and painting systems allow this phase to be carri-
ed out while fully respecting the environment. The company promotes the
sustainable development of its activities, pursuing an environmental policy
through reliable low-impact production processes, choosing natural mate-
rials and painting with water-based products.
