Opening Hours Open Monday to Saturday: the Ticket Office is open from 9 am to 4 pm. The
Museums close at 6 pm.
N.B.: exit from rooms half an hour before closing time.

In order to make the purchase online please have on hand the following documents: an identity
document, a credit card and names of all the participants. It is possible to purchase a ticket at a
6reduced price for children aged between 6 and 18 years old (18 years included). It is also
possible to purchase a ticket at a reduced price for students under 26 years old on presentation
of a valid International Student Card or a student identity document on the day of the visit (*).
After the payment is confirmed, the applicant will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the
booking, the voucher conteining the reservation code and tour information. The applicant is
asked to print off the voucher so as to present it on the day of the tour. The reservation will be
checked by means of the bar code present on the voucher. In case of loss of the voucher please
consult the Customer Care Staff.
Up to one hour before the tour, it is possible to modify the reservation date depending upon
availability. It isn't possible to make changes to the number of participants.
(*) Notes: If a reduced price ticket is purchased without the required documents the visitor will
be asked to make payment of a full price ticket so as to enter. The reduced ticket will not be
refunded.

Papal Audience Tickets FREE in St. Peter's Square
You can collect your tickets directly from the Swiss Guards in the colonade of St. Peter's Square at
the "Bronze Door" on the Tuesday before the Audiance from 3pm until 7:00pm (Summer Time) and
until 6pm (Winter Time) or on the day of the mass from 7:00am until 10:00am.
