- Attività di campionamento e rilevamento dati fenotipici;
- Caratterizzazione dei profili metabolici e dei composti volatili in noce;
- Definizione dei profili isotopici di campioni di noci di diversa provenienza;
- Caratterizzazione genetica di accessioni/cultivar di noce;
- Analisi di dati di espressione genica
L’obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di studiare il processo di maturazione della noce al fine di
individuare marcatori molecolari (genetici e metabolici) indicativi del momento ottimale di raccolta per
valorizzare la qualità e la conservazione del frutto.
REQUISITI:
- Dottorato di ricerca in Scienze Biologiche, Scienze Agrarie, e affini;
- Esperienza lavorativa di minimo 12 mesi come post dottorato in tecniche analitiche e genetico-
molecolari avanzate sulla qualità del noce da frutto;
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana (livello minimo C1) e della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2), accertata
in sede di colloquio.

DESCRIZIONE:
Attività di ricerca nel settore della Biologia Molecolare delle Piante. Il candidato selezionato dovrà
impiegare tecniche molecolari e di biotecnologie genetiche, quali sintesi ed amplificazione di cDNA
(RACE), preparazione di genoteche di cDNA, sistema del doppio ibrido in lievito (yeast-two-hybrid) e
produzione e purificazione di peptidi ricombinanti, nonché testare l’attività dei nuovi peptidi in saggi di
prova conpatogeni fungini. L’obiettivo del progetto è quello di sperimentare l'uso di peptidi per interferire
con l'interazione vite-patogeno in funzione di una viticoltura sostenibile ed eventualmente estendere la
sperimentazione ad altre specie ospite. Il ricercatore dovrà partecipare attivamente alla disseminazione
dei risultati sia a livello divulgativo che di pubblicazione scientifica e tecnica e di valorizzazione dei
risultati (brevetti). Coordinamento e realizzazione di esperimenti di biologia molecolare e biochimica,
scrittura di pubblicazioni scientifiche e brevetti; comunicazione/divulgazione dei risultati al pubblico.
Ulteriore mansione del vincitore sarà la ricerca di fondi nel settore pubblico e privato per trovare
finanziamenti su questa linea di ricerca.

Prestigiosa Compagnia internazionale di navi da crociera di lusso Apollo Group, cerca
urgentemente camerieri, maître, chef di cucina italiana per servizio professionale per
ristoranti italiani a bordo della sua flotta.
Retribuzione minima iniziale garantita al primo contratto (netti + mance )
Camerieri 2750 $ (USA), Maître 4.000 $ , Chef 4.500 $
Contratto è 6 mesi.( rinnovabile dopo 2 mesi a terra).
Alloggio in cabina doppia + voli andata e ritorno per imbarco.+ costo del visto (USA) e visite mediche
rimborsate fino a 800 $ alla fine del contratto.
Lavoro 7gg su 7 , non sono previste intere giornate libere.
• Richiesta: buona esperienza di lavoro in locali di pregio ( specificare nel CV), ottima conoscenza lingua
inglese, capacità di lavoro in team internazionali, aspetto curato (no tatuaggi o piercing evidenti) ,
flessibilità e simpatia sono requisiti indispensabili per il personale di sala e ottima conoscenza cucina
italiana per gli chef.
