Subway lines M1 and M4 just a few steps from
the building, stop San Babila. M4 will connect
directly to Linate Airport. Subway line M3 from
via Montenapoleone and lines M1 and M3 from
Piazza del Duomo. Bike Sharing is located
in Piazza San Babila as well as a taxi rank.
The car parking of Piazza Meda is 50 meters away.
The Icon può essere raggiunto facilmente
utilizzando i mezzi di trasporto pubblici.
Da San Babila, situata a 130 metri di distanza,
le linee della metropolitana disponibili sono la M1

STRUTTURA DI UN’ICONAThe Icon is an expression of the
most refined Italian Rationalist
Modernism in architecture.
This iconic building is developed on 8 levels
above ground and 1 basement level. The top
levels host a famous brand’s showroom
and office. The basement, ground, first, second
and third floors will be for retail purposes.
The building has an internal courtyard and
12 double-height shopping windows facing
Corso Giacomo Matteotti and Via San Pietro
all’Orto. Thanks to their privileged position
on the corner of an extremely and exclusively
busy area, the shop windows offer great
visibility and easy access.
The Icon è l’espressione del più raffinato
modernismo razionalista italiano in architettura.
Questo iconico edificio si sviluppa su 8 piani
fuori terra e 1 interrato. I piani superiori ospitano
showroom e gli uffici di un brand rinomato,
mentre il piano interrato, il piano terreno,
il primo, il secondo e il terzo piano saranno
dedicati ad aree retail.
