delightful small hotel, built partly into the city wall and one of its towers,
reputedly designed by Francesco di Giorgio (the most fashionable mil-
itary engineer of the early Renaissance until Leonardo came along…).
Rooms and public areas are inside of a XIV Century Monastry and the

Toscana, a 400 metri s.l.m. La proprietà si estende su una superficie di 60 ettari di cui
5,8 ettari adibiti a vigneto, 2 ettari di oliveta ed i restanti suddivisi fra seminativo e SERVIZI DEDICATI AI BIKERS
boschivo. All’interno della proprietà sorge un immobile completamente ristrutturato, BIKERS SERVICES
seguendo I canoni tradizionali dell’architettura toscana unendosi ad un tocco di mo-
dernità per gli arredi. I suoi sei appartamenti originano l’attività agrituristica nel rispetto
del relax dei propri ospiti. Per la parte agricola, Cielsereno ha seguito sin dall’inizio la
coltivazione biologica, credendo nel terroir e nel suo rispetto, ricevendo così la certifi-
cazione nel 2014. Il vigneto è composto dal 70% di uve sangiovese, il 20% merlot ed il
restante 10% cabernet sauvignon. Produciamo due Igt, “Equilibrio” ed “Ettari degli Dei”
ed una Doc “Terre di Casole”. Dalle nostre terre produciamo anche l’Olio “Serenus” ex-
travergine di oliva biologico e Igp, con olive provenienti da piante di moraiolo,leccino, * A richiesta / On request

The estate company Cielsereno was born in 2004. It is located in Casole d’Elsa, in the heart
of Tuscuny, at 400 metres above sea level. The total area of the property is 60 hectares which
5,8 hectares as vineyard, 2 hectares as olive grove and the rest is devided into seed plot and
forest stand. Cielsereno farm has also a facility completely restored following the traditional Tutti su richiesta / All on request
tuscan architecture connected with a touch of modernity for the furniture.
For the agricultural part, Cielsereno has followed since the beginning a biological cultiva-
tion, believing in the land and in his respect, having achieved the certification in 2014.
The vineyard is composed of 70 % of Sangiovese grapes, 20 % of Merlot and the remaining
10 % is Cabernet sauvignon grapes.
We produce two Igt „Equilibrio“ and „Ettari degli Dei“ and one Doc „Terre di Casole“. As well
we produce the Igp biological extravirgin olive oil „Serenus“, using moraiolo, leccino, pen-
dolino and fantoio varieties. The harvest olives is completely manual and the extraction is
cold.

Casa Solaio is an old rural building completely surrounded by a beutifull garden where the explo-
sion of colours and perfumes is donated by thousand of roses, jasmines, iris, peonies, lavenders,
rosemaries and fruit trees.
The upper part of the garden is reserved to the guest and the lowest part is dedicated to the swim-
ming pool and solarium area.
La Casa di Arianna is a shabby chic country house. The kitchen and the big living area with the
stoned fireplace are the heart of the house. Both bedrooms, with private bathroom, are with the
stunning view on the surrounding hills.
The house is among the garden, the swimming pool and a little cottage house as kid’s playground.
Zucca Magica is the Solaio educational farm and is open to families and children with fun and cre-
ative activities. They organize trails and training sessions aimed at teaching how to recognise and
find medicinal plants, familiarise with the local territory, cooking and handcraft classes.

L’ Agriturismo è una attiva e tipica azienda agricola toscana dove si produce olio d’oliva,
vino, formaggio e salumi. E’ una proprietà molto estesa dove vive anche il proprietario,
a pochi chilometri dagli appartamenti. Quindi il proprietario non è sempre presente.
Nel 2004 L’agriturismo è stato ristrutturato preservando la vecchia struttura. Il risultato:
7 spaziosi e comodi appartamenti in autentico stile toscano.
L’agriturismo dispone di una grande piscina con sdraio e una zona giochi per i bam-
bini. Una volta a settimana viene organizzato un aperitivo con prodotti tipici per gli * A richiesta / on request
ospiti. Su richiesta si organizzano corsi di cucina, con un minimo di 5 persone.

The agriturismo is still an active typical Tuscan farm where they produce olive oil, wine, Corsi di cucina per min. 5 persone / cooking class min 5 pax
cheese and meat products. It is a vast property and the actual farm, where also the owner ** Parco giochi / playground
lives, is located a few kilometers from the apartments. Therefore the owner is not always
present at the apartments. In 2004 the farmhouse was renovated preserving the old struc-
tures as much as possible. The result: 7 spacious and comfortable apartments in an au-
thentic Tuscan environment.
The agriturismo has a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a playground.
Once a week there is an aperitif with snacks for the guests.
On request they organize cooking courses, with a minimum participation of 5 people.
There are seven self-contained apartments at the agriturismo. All apartments have a pri-
vate terrace or piece of garden with table and chairs, central heating, kitchen with 4-burner
stove, fridge, freezer and some apartments have a dishwasher.
The agriturismo is centrally located in the heart of the Val d’Elsa in Tuscany. The main Tus-
can towns are all easily accessible from the agriturismo.

Places to visit include the Castello dei Vescovi in Volterra, which can be reached on foot, on
horseback or by bike from the city.
Two completely renovated farmhouses in rustic Tuscan style are used as accommodation.

The residence is located on the border of Chianti Classico. Its name “Antica Fonte” originates
from a historical water spring that still represents the centre of the Residence today.
The structure of the Residence comprises 3 independent farmhouses (Rosa, Ginestra
and Margherita) divided into 15 apartments in stone with terracotta floors and wood-
en-beamed ceilings. Each apartment has an independent entrance and garden or terrace. * A richiesta / on request
The elegantly appointed Apartments have en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms and all the
bathrooms are faced with superior marbles. Conceived for the Privacy of our guests, the
Apartments to let also feature an exit onto the garden in every room to give total freedom
and independence to every single guest. Antica Fonte Resort, surrounded by a park of 4 hec-
tares, has three panoramic swimming pools with chlorine-electrolysis disinfecting system,
one of which with whirlpool and one for children. The Swimming pools have a large traver-
tine Solarium with beach umbrellas and sun beds.
