i vincitori di Coppa del Mondo di Cross Country Short Track, Downhill e
Cross Country Olimpico saranno incoronati in Val di Sole. Questa magni-
fica destinazione italiana può vantare una storia ricca nell’universo della
Mountain Bike, come sede di numerose edizioni della Coppa del Mondo e
dei Campionati del Mondo, l’ultima volta lo scorso anno. La Val di Sole è
un posto fantastico per la community della Mountain Bike per riunirsi in
questo atto finale della stagione. Vorrei ringraziare il Team organizzativo,
i volontari, gli sponsor, i partner e tutte le persone che si sono rivelate
determinanti per mettere in scena un evento di livello mondiale. I miei più

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz UCI Mountain Bike World Cup will draw to a
close in style from 2 to 4 September. After 11 rounds spanning more than
five months, the UCI World Cup winners for cross-country Short Track,
downhill and cross-country Olympic will be crowned in Val di Sole. This
magnificent Italian resort has a rich history in mountain bike, not least as
host of numerous UCI World Cups and, as recently as last year, UCI World
Championships. It is a truly wonderful venue for the mountain bike com-
munity to congregate for the climax of this season. I would like to thank
the organising team as well as the volunteers, sponsors, partners and
officials, all of whom have been key to staging this world-class event. My
sincere thanks also go to the Federazione Ciclistica Italiana and its Presi-
dent Cordiano Dagnoni for their support all year long. In closing, I send my
very best wishes to the athletes and everyone involved in this final round
of the 2022 Mercedes-Benz UCI Mountain Bike World Cup.
