This magazine issue hosts the seventh edition of the Domus
International Prize for Restoration and Conservation Fassa

nominated and awarded in it. Regardless of the jury’s degree
of acceptance, the projects nominated for the Prize represent
a rather faithful cross-section of the various approaches to
pre-existences; this leads to a series of general considerations
