Oggetto-scultura dalla forma enigmatica composta da una sezione di sfera
con un’apertura circolare al cui interno risiede lo specchio.
La sua percezione varia a seconda del punto di vista in un ipnotico gioco di
riflessi. Come dichiarato nel nome, dal sostantivo latino, occhio, a identificare
appunto un’apertura.
Object-sculpture of an enigmatic shape composed of a sphere section with
a circular opening containing the mirror. Its perception varies according to
the point of view in a hypnotic play of reflects. As already expressed by the
name - from a Latin noun, eye - it identifies an opening.

Designer biography
Andrea Mancuso
Designer con esperienza in progetti che spaziano dal product design ad
installazioni site-specific, dopo gli studi a La Sapienza di Roma, lavora
per cinque anni nello studio londinese di Nigel Coates. Qui sviluppa
l’approccio sperimentale alla base della ricerca di Analogia Project, studio
fondato a Milano con Emilia Serra nel 2012. Il lavoro dello studio si basa
sull’esplorazione del quotidiano per trasformarlo in straordinario; partendo
da entità normalmente date per scontato, i progetti assumono una
connotazione narrativa e diventano un pretesto per raccontare una storia.
Andrea Mancuso
Designer with experience in projects ranging from product design to
site-specific installations, after studying at La Sapienza University in Rome,
Andrea Mancuso worked for five years in London at the studio of Nigel
Coates. He developed an experimental approach which is at the heart of the
reaseach by Analogia Project, studio founded in Milan with Emilia Serra in
2012. The work of the studio is based on exploring daily activities and making
them extraordinary; starting from entities that are normally taken for granted,
their projects take on a narrative approach and every project becomes a
reason to tell a story.
