Al fine di facilitare operativamente la gestione pre-gara delle varie categorie interessate si pregano vivamente i Sigg.
Concorrenti/Conduttori di attenersi scrupolosamente alle norme FIA/ACI SPORT vigenti, nonché a quanto previsto
dalla presente circolare.
Ricordiamo, inoltre che in ottemperanza a quanto previsto dalle norme, è in vigore il protocollo ACI SPORT
(visionabile al seguente link:

allegato.
Il controllo dell'applicazione dei protocolli è affidato al Covid Manager, sig. Alberto Nobile.
A seguito dell'Ordinanza n.36 del 27 settembre 2020 del Governatore della Regione Sicilia l'obbligo di indossare la
mascherina – anche in luoghi aperti – per tutto il tempo indipendentemente dalla distanza interpersonale.

In order to manager all the pre-event procedures for the categories involved in the event, all the Competitors and
Drivers must be scrupulously comply with the FIA/ACI SPORT regulation and the following information reported in
the present Bulletin.
We also remind you that in compliance with the provisions of the regulations, the following protocols are in force:

Following the Sicilian Governor Ordinance nr. 36 dated September 27 th 2020, we remind you the obligation to wear
masks – even in open places - and regardless of maintaning the interpersoanl distance.

L'iscrizione dovrà essere perfezionata come segue:
-Concorrenti/Conduttori con licenza italiana: dovrà essere eseguita la procedura on-line di “pre-
iscrizione” accedendo al sito ACI SPORT
Oltre alla “pre-iscrizione” il Concorrente/Conduttore dovrà inviare per mail: info@autodromopergusa.it
• copia di eventuali documenti che risultassero scaduti (visita medica e/o Associazione ACI)
• eventuali abilitazioni richieste per la guida con cui è si è iscritto
• equipaggiamenti di sicurezza (Allegato 4)
• in caso di pilota minorenne, autocertificazione patria potestà, e copia dei documenti di identità dei genitori
– Concorrenti e Conduttori con licenza straniera: dovrà compilare il modulo d'iscrizione ed inviarlo
corredato dai seguenti documenti:
• copia fronte/retro della licenza del Concorrente e Conduttore in corso di validità
• fiche medica (nel caso non sia riportata sulla licenza stessa)
• autorizzazione ASN di appartenenza (obbligatoria nel caso non sia riportata sulla licenza stessa)
• documento d'identità.
• in caso di pilota minorenne, certificato patria potesta, e copia dei documenti di identità dei genitori
ATTENZIONE!!! Il numero dei componenti per ogni singolo Concorrente è stabilito da ACI SPORT per ogni
Campionato/Trofeo/Serie. Il concorrente dovrà compilare il modulo relativo al suo Campionato/Trofeo/Serie (Allegato
5) ed inviarlo unitamente alla documentazione sopra indicata.

A) Registration
The registration must be completed as follows:
– Competitors/drivers with Italian license: the online “pre-registration” procedure must be completed through
the ACI SPORT website
In addition to the “pre-registration”, the Competitor/Driver must send by email: info@autodromopergusa.it
• copy of any documents that have expired (medical certificate and/or ACI member license)
• any qualifications required for driving the car with which he signed up
• safety equipment (Annex4)
• in case of underage driver, self certification of parental authority, and a copy of parents' identify documents.
– Competitors/Drivers with foreign license: must fill the entry form in each part and send it with following
documents:
•copy of Competitor and Driver license
•medical fiche (if it is not indicated on the license)
•ASN authorization (mandatory if it reported on the license)
•copy of ID card
•in case of underage driver, self – certification of parental authority, and a copy of parents' identity documents.
WARNING! The number of components for each individual Competitor is established by ACI SPORT for eachChampionship/Trophy/Series.The Competitor must fill the form relating to his Championship/Trophy/Series allegato 5)
and send it with the documents indicated above.

B) CENTRO ACCREDITI
il Centro accrediti è situato presso gli uffici dell'autodromo di Pergusa, sotto la Tribuna Centrale (Mappa A) e rispetterà
i seguenti orari:
• da Martedì 6 ottobre dalle ore 08.00 alle 12.30 e dalle ore 14.30 alle ore 20.30 fino a domenica 11 ottobre.
ATTENZIONE! Esclusivamente il referente del team indicato nell'apposito modulo (Allegato 4) potrà accedere al
Centro Accrediti.
Presso il Centro Accrediti il referente di ogni Team dovrà consegnare la documentazione in originale relativa
all'autocertificazione Covid-19 (Allegato 6) aggiornata di tutto il personale del team (piloti inclusi). Contestualmente
ritirerà i pass persona e mezzi.
C) INGRESSO PADDOCK/AREA TRIAGE
L'ingresso dei Team nel Paddock sarà consentito seguendo gli orari riportati nel programma di gara. Al proprio arrivo,
tutti i mezzi dovranno stazionare all'interno del PDK (Mappa A) seguendo le indicazioni del personale di controllo.
Prima dell'ingresso del PDK protetto (Mappa A), ogni membro del team dovrà stazionare all'interno dell'area triage per
la misurazione della temperatura corporea.
All'interno del paddock e in ogni luogo chiuso è obbligatorio l'uso delle mascherine in rispetto del protocollo Anti-Covid
19 ACI SPORT.
Ogni ingresso all'area protetta (PDK) è vincolato alla misurazione della temperatura corporea e all'utilizzo della
mascherina. Vi preghiamo di agevolare tali procedure.
Ricordiamo che negli orari notturni non sono consentiti trasporti di materiali e/o movimentazione di mezzi pesanti
salvo specifica autorizzazione da parte della Direzione Autodromo.
B) Accreditation Centre
The Accreditation Centre is located at the offices under the grandstand and will be respect the following opening
times:
• From Tuesday October 6th from 08.00 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 20.30 until Sunday 11 th October
WARNING! Only the referent of the Team, indicated in the form (Annex 4), will be allow to access in the Accreditatio
Centre.
At the Accreditation Centre, the referent of the Team must deliver the original and updated documents relating to the
self – certification Covid 19 (Annex 7) for all team crew (including drivers). At the same time he will collect the passes
for people and vehicles.
C) Paddock entrance/Triage Area
The paddock open following the time reported in the event timetable. Upon arrival, all vehicles must be parked inside
the PDK (Map A) following the instructions of the service control personnel. Before entering in the protected PDK (Map
A), each team member will have to stay inside the Triage Area for the body measuring temperature procedures. Inside
the paddock and in any office/closed place, the use of the masks is mandatory in accordance with the ACI Sport Anti-
Covid 19 Protocol. Each entrance to the protected Area (PDK) is bound to the measurement of body temperature and
the use of the mask. Please facilitate these procedures.
We remind you that during the night the transport of materials and/or movement of heavy vehicles is not allowed
unless specifically authorization by the Circuit Management.E) DISPOSIZIONI PADDOCK/BOX
Ricordiamo a tutti i partecipanti che sia i paddock sia i box dovranno essere lasciati liberi da pneumatici i quali
dovranno essere smaltiti direttamente dai partecipanti. In caso di inosservanza, la Direzione Autodromo addebiterà lo
smaltimento agli stessi trasgressori. All'interno dei paddock, dei box e degli uffici e obbligatorio indossare la
mascherina, mantenere la distanza interpersonale di 1 mt e disinfettarsi periodicamente le mani.
In relazione all'utilizzo dei box, invitiamo i Concorrenti a rispettare le seguenti disposizioni in vigore:
• all'interno dei box è vietato fumare o utilizzare fiamme libere
• all'interno dei box è vietato depositare materiali infiammabili (benzina, etc). Tali materiali dovranno essere
depositati tassativamente all'aperto
• depositare gli olii esausti negli appositi contenitori
In caso di versamenti accidentali di liquidi infiammabili, olii o sostanze che possano rendere scivolose le
pavimentazioni, provvedere tempestivamente alla rimozione e pulizia.
F) VERIFICHE SPORTIVE/CONSEGNA TRANSPONDER
Le verifiche si effettueranno nei giorni antecedenti la gara, tramite portale ACI Sport seguendo le linee guida dettate
dal protocollo ACI Sport. Eventulai verifiche sportive “in presenza” verranno comunicate al Concorrente interessato
che dovrà presentarsi presso la Segreteria al piano terra nella data e negli orari indicati.
I trasponder saranno consegnati dagli addetti Creventic.
E) PADDOCK/BOX PROVISIONS
We remind to all participants that both the paddocks and the boxes must be left free of tyres which must be disposed
off directly by the participants.
In case of non-compliance, the Circuit Management will charge the disposal of the same to the offenders.
Inside the paddocks, boxes and offices it is mandatory to wear a mask, mantain the interpersonal distance of 1 mt and
disinfect periodically your hands.
In relation to the use of the boxes, we invite the Competitors to comply with the following provision in force:
• Smoking or the use of open flames is prohibited inside the boxes
• It is forbidden to deposit flammable materials (petrol, etc) inside the boxes. These materials must be
deposited strictly outdoors
• Deposit the used oils in the appropriate containers.
In case of accidental spills of fiammable liquids, oils or substances that can meke the floor slippery, promptly remove
and clean them.
F) ADMINASTRATIVE CHECKS/TRANSPONDER COLLECTION
The adminastrative checks will take place in the days before the Event, by the ACI Sport website and in accordance
with the guidelines reported in the ACI Sport Protocol. Any adminastrative checks “in attendance” will be
communicated to the Competitor concerned who must appear on the Secretary – ground floor of Race Control
building on the date and at the times indicated.

In osservanza delle disposizioni normative, l'Albo Ufficiale di Gara sarà attivo da GIORNO 9 OTTOBRE 2020 al
seguente indirizzo: www.autodromopergusa.it
H) MEDIA CENTRE
Il Media Centre, ubicato presso gli uffici dell'Autodromo di Pergusa, sotto la Tribuna Centrale (Mappa B), rispetterà i
seguenti orari:
• Giovedì 8 ottobre: dalle ore 09.00 alle ore 14.30
• Venerdì 9 ottobre: dalle ore 08.30 alle ore 17.30
• Sabato 10 ottobre: dalle ore 08.30 alle ore 18.00
• Domenica 11 ottobre: dalle 08.30 alle ore 19.30
L'accesso sarà consentito esclusivamente a giornalisti e fotografi accreditati e che abbiano espletato le pratiche di
auto certificazione Covid 19. L'uso della mascherina è obbligatorio.
I) CLASSIFICHE

L) SERVIZIO BAR
Vi informiamo che all'interno dell'impianto è presente il servizio di bar e sarà aperto a partire dalle 07.00 di martedì 6
ottobre.
M) USCITA BILICI/SMONTAGGIO STRUTTURE
Ricordiamo a tutti i partecipanti che lo smontaggio delle strutture e la movimentazione dei mezzi potrà avvenire – per
motivi di sicurezza – esclusivamente al termine dell'ultima gara in programma. L'eventuale inosservanza di tale

H) MEDIA CENTRE

• Sunday October 11th : 08.30 – 19.00
Access will be allowed only to accredited journalists and photographers who have completed Covid 19 self –
certification practices. The use of the mask is mandatory.

L) BAR SERVICE
We inform you that there is a bar service inside the racetrack. The bar will be opened from 07.00 a.m on Tuesday

M) TRUCK EXIT/STRUCTURES DISASSEMBLY
We remind to all participants that the dismantling of the structures and the movement of the vehicles can take place –
for sagfety reason- only at the end of the last scheduled race.

INFORMATIVA SARS-CoV-2
AI SENSI DELL’ARTICOLO 13 DEL REGOLAMENTO EUROPEO 2016/679
Il presente documento è stato appositamente redatto al fine di informarLa in merito al trattamento dei Suoi
dati personali. Ai sensi del Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 (di seguito denominato: “GDPR”), Le vengono
fornite le seguenti informazioni.
Il Titolare del Trattamento – così come definito ai sensi dell’articolo 4, co. 1, n. 7) del GDPR è
l’Organizzatore del test/allenamento/gara_____________________________________________(di seguito
indicato come il “Titolare”).
Per tutto ciò che concerne il trattamento dei Suoi dati nonché l’esercizio dei Suoi diritti, Lei potrà contattate
il Titolare al seguente indirizzo di posta elettronica: _______________________.
1. FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO E BASE GIURIDICA
I dati personali da Lei forniti sono trattati da parte del Titolare esclusivamente per ridurre il rischio e
prevenire il contagio da SARS-CoV-2. La base giuridica del trattamento è la necessità di adempiere ad
obblighi legali al quale il Titolare è soggetto, così come previsto ai sensi dell’art. 6, lettera c) del GDPR, in
relazione all’implementazione di protocolli di sicurezza anti-contagio.
Considerato che, per accedere ai locali del Titolare, è necessaria una Sua dichiarazione in virtù della quale
attesta di non essere sottoposto alla misura della quarantena, di non aver in corso il Covid-19 (malattia da
Coronavirus), di non avere o di non aver avuto negli ultimi 5 giorni una temperatura corporea superiore a
37,5°, o di non avere o di non aver avuto negli ultimi 5 giorni uno degli altri sintomi, e cioè: (i) forte
riduzione del gusto (sapori), (ii) forte riduzione dell’olfatto (odori), (iii) tosse secca, (iv) difficoltà
respiratorie, (v) forte spossatezza, (vi) congestione nasale, (vii) mal di testa, (viii) diarrea, o di non essere
stato in contatto con persone positive al Coronavirus nei 14 giorni precedenti, o con i loro familiari anche se
asintomatici, un eventuale suo rifiuto nel rilasciare la suddetta dichiarazione comporta l’impossibilità da
parte del Titolare di adempiere agli obblighi di legge e, conseguentemente, l’impossibilità da parte Sua di
accedere all’area di gara.
Si specifica che i dati relativi alla temperatura corporea rilevati in tempo reale non saranno registrati se non
in caso di superamento della soglia di temperatura e comunque solo qualora sia necessario a documentare le
ragioni che hanno impedito l’accesso ai locali.
2. MODALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO E TEMPO DI CONSERVAZIONE
Le segnaliamo che il trattamento dei Suoi dati è effettuato nel rispetto del GDPR e delle vigenti disposizioni
normative in materia di trattamento di dati personali. La informiamo che il trattamento di cui in parola è
improntato sui principi disposti ai sensi dell’articolo 5 del GDPR, in particolare sui principi di correttezza, di
liceità, di trasparenza e di tutela della riservatezza e dei diritti in capo al soggetto i cui dati sono trattati. Il
trattamento dei Suoi dati personali avverrà mediante strumenti cartacei, informatici e telematici, con
modalità idonee a garantirne la sicurezza e la riservatezza in conformità alle disposizioni previstedall’articolo 32 del GDPR. La informiamo che i Suoi dati verranno trattati per il periodo strettamente
necessario a conseguire gli scopi per cui sono stati raccolti, specificati al precedente punto 1.
In particolare, qualsiasi dato personale raccolto in base alla presente informativa sarà conservato dal Titolare
fino al termine dell’emergenza decretato a livello nazionale o locale in conseguenza della diffusione del
COVID-19.
In ogni caso, una volta cessato lo stato di emergenza, qualsiasi dato personale, conservato dal Titolare ai
sensi della presente informativa, sarà cancellato da parte del Titolare stesso.
3. COMUNICAZIONE DEI SUOI DATI PERSONALI
I Suoi dati personali raccolti da parte del Titolare non verranno comunicati o diffusi a soggetti terzi, fatta
eccezione dell’ipotesi in cui il Titolare sia tenuto da specifiche previsioni normative.
4. TRASFERIMENTO VERSO PAESI TERZI
I Suoi dati personali non verranno né trasferiti né conservati verso Paesi Terzi.
5. DIRITTI DELL’INTERESSATO
Ai sensi dell’articolo 7 co. 3 del GDPR, la informiamo che potrà in ogni momento revocare il consenso
prestato senza che ciò pregiudichi la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prestato precedentemente
alla revoca.
La informiamo altresì che inoltrando la richiesta direttamente presso la sede legale del Titolare dinnanzi
indicati. Lei potrà esercitare, in ogni momento, ai sensi degli articoli dal 15 al 22 del GDPR, il diritto di:
a) chiedere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno dei Suoi dati personali;
b) ottenere le indicazioni circa le finalità del trattamento, le categorie dei dati personali, i destinatari o
le categorie di destinatari a cui i Suoi dati personali sono stati o saranno comunicati e, quando
possibile, il periodo di conservazione;
c) ottenere la rettifica e la cancellazione dei Suoi dati personali;
d) ottenere la limitazione del trattamento dei Suoi dati;
e) ottenere la portabilità dei dati, ossia riceverli da un titolare del trattamento, in un formato
strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, e trasmetterli ad un altro titolare del
trattamento senza impedimenti;
f) opporsi al trattamento in qualsiasi momento ed anche nel caso di trattamento per finalità di
marketing diretto;
g) opporsi ad un processo decisionale automatizzato relativo alle persone fisiche;
h) chiedere al Titolare l’accesso ai dati e la rettifica o la cancellazione degli stessi o la limitazione del
trattamento che la riguardano o di opporsi al loro trattamento, oltre al diritto alla portabilità dei dati;
i) proporre reclamo a un’autorità di controllo.

Prime Minister's Office - Sports Office Guidelines of 4 May 2020 and the ACI Sport Protocol for safety in
relation to Coronavirus risk, that he/herhasbeen informed and ACCEPTS that access to the competition area
will not be allowed if a person:
is subject to quarantine, or
has Covid-19 (Coronavirus disease) in progress, or
has or had a body temperature above 37.5 ° in the past 5 days, or
has or had any of the other symptoms in the past 5 days, namely: (i) severe reduction in
taste (flavors), (ii) severe reduction in smell (odors), (iii) dry cough, (iv) breathing difficulties , (v) severe
exhaustion, (vi) nasal congestion, (vii) headache, (viii) diarrhea, or
has been in contact with Coronavirus positive people in the previous 14 days, or with
their family members even if without symptoms.

SARS-CoV-2 INFORMATION
PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION 2016/679
This document has been specifically prepared for the purpose of informing you about the processing of your
personal data. Pursuant to the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR"), you are
provided with the following information.
The Data Controller - as defined pursuant to article 4, co. 1, no. 7) of the GDPR is the Organizer of the test /
training / race _____________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the
"Owner").
For everything concerning the processing of your data and the exercise of your rights, you can contact the

1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
The personal data you provide are processed by the Data Controller exclusively to reduce the risk and
prevent contagion from SARS-CoV-2. The legal basis of the processing is the need to fulfill legal
obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, as provided pursuant to art. 6, letter c) of the GDPR, in
relation to the implementation of anti-contagion security protocols.
Considering that, in order to access the Data Controller's premises, your declaration is required by virtue of
which you certify that you are not subjected to the quarantine measure, that you do not have Covid-19
(Coronavirus disease) in progress, that you do not have/had a body temperature of more than 37.5 ° in the
last 5 days, or do nothave/had any of the other symptoms in the last 5 days, namely: (i) severe reduction in
taste (flavors), (ii ) strong sense of smell (odors), (iii) dry cough, (iv) breathing difficulties, (v) severe
exhaustion, (vi) nasal congestion, (vii) headache, (viii) diarrhea, orthatyouhadnotbeen in contact with
Coronavirus positive people in the previous 14 days, or with their family members even if WITHOUT
SYMPTOMS,any refusal to issue the aforementioned declaration makes it impossible for the Data
Controller to fulfill the legal obligations and, consequently, the impossibility for you to access the
competition area.
It is specified that the body temperature data collected in real time will not be recorded except if the
temperature threshold is exceeded and in any case only if it is necessary to document the reasons that
prevented accessing the premises.
2. PROCESSING METHODS AND STORAGE TIME
We inform you that the processing of your data is carried out in compliance with the GDPR and the current
regulatory provisions regarding the processing of personal data. We inform you that the processing in
question is based on the principles laid down pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, in particular on the
principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and rights of the subject
whose data are treated. The processing of your personal data will take place by means of paper, IT and
telematic tools, with suitable methods to guarantee its security and confidentiality in compliance with the
provisions of article 32 of the GDPR.We inform you that your data will be processed for the period strictly
necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, specified in point 1 above.
In particular, any personal data collected on the basis of this information will be kept by the Data Controller
until the end of the emergency decreed at national or local level as a consequence of the spread of COVID-
19.In any case, once the state of emergency has ceased, any personal data stored by the Data Controller
pursuant to this information will be deleted by the Data Controller itself.
3. COMMUNICATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data collected by the Data Controller will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties,
except for the hypothesis in which the Data Controller is kept by specific regulatory provisions.
4. TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Your personal data will neither be transferred to, nor stored in third countries.
5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to article 7 co. 3 of the GDPR, we inform you that you can revoke the consent given at any time
without affecting the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation.
We also inform you that by forwarding the request directly to the registered office of the owner indicated
above, youwill be allowed to exercise, at any time, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the right to:
a) request confirmation of the existence or not of your personal data;
b) obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients
or the categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be communicated and,
when possible, the retention period;
c) obtain the correction and deletion of your personal data;
d) obtain the limitation of the processing of your data;
e) obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly
used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit it to another data controller without
hindrance;
f) oppose the treatment at any time and also in the case of treatment for direct marketing purposes;
g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to persons;
h) ask the Data Controller to access the data and to correct or cancel it or limit the processing that
concerns them or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
