REGISTRATION AND CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Registration is mandatory and free of charge. The certificate of attendance will be sent
by email after the Congress.

The registration includes access to:
• all scientific sessions
• the exhibition area
• the training village

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
Italian is the official language. English is foreseen in the scientific sessions where foreign
speakers are involved. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

BADGE
Each participant will receive a name badge upon check-in at the registration desk. The
badge is the official Congress pass and must be worn at all times.

CATERING FACILITIES
Coffee stations are foreseen during the Congress in the “Coffee Corner” according to the
following time schedule:

Box lunches for participants are offered during the Sponsored Sessions at lunch time on
