TERMINI Distribuzione di un dividendo straordinario pari a 1,30 Euro per azione (si veda

DATA DI EFFICACIA
DELL’INTERVENTO DI Chiusura delle negoziazioni del 17 maggio 2019.
RETTIFICA
Ai sensi dell’articolo IA.8.1.10 delle “Istruzioni al Regolamento dei mercati
INTERVENTI DI RETTIFICA organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.", l’intervento di rettifica incide sul
prezzo di esercizio e sul numero di titoli (lotto) oggetto dei contratti di opzione.
L'intervento di rettifica avviene mediante l’applicazione del coefficiente K,
calcolato secondo la seguente formula e arrotondato alla sesta cifra decimale:

Tutte le serie di opzioni su azioni Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in negoziazione al
termine della seduta del 17 maggio 2019.
SERIE RETTIFICATE
A partire dal 20 maggio 2019 le serie di nuova generazione avranno un lotto
minimo pari a 500 azioni Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
Le serie rettificate saranno generate con un nuovo codice ISIN e presenteranno
una "X" al termine della serie identificativa.
CODICE ISIN Le serie precedentemente rettificate che presentano una “X” finale alla chiusura
delle negoziazioni del 17 maggio 2019 avranno un nuovo codice ISIN e una “Y”
finale.
SOSPENSIONE ESERCIZIO
ANTICIPATO DEI 17 maggio 2019.
CONTRATTI DI OPZIONE
Le serie rettificate saranno disponibili sul web al seguente indirizzo internet a partire dalla mattina del 20 maggio

Gli eventuali long order presenti sui book dei contratti di opzione su azioni Fiat Chrysler Automobiles al termine
della seduta di negoziazione del 17 maggio 2019 saranno cancellati.

Stock option contracts on Fiat Chrysler Automobiles shares.
ADJUSTED
DETAILS OF THE Distribution of an extraordinary dividend of 1.30 Euro per share (please refer to
CORPORATE ACTION Borsa Italiana Announcement nr. 9660 dated 3 May 2019).
DATE OF THE
At the close of the trading session on 17 May 2019.
ADJUSTEMENT
According to Borsa Italiana’s Instructions, article IA.8.1.10, the strike prices and

All stock option series on Fiat Chrysler Automobiles shares open for trade at the
close of the trading session on 17 May 2019.
ADJUSTED SERIES
Starting from 20 May 2019 the lot size of new series will be equal to 500 Fiat
Chrysler Automobiles shares.
The adjusted stock option series shall be generated with a new ISIN code and
have an “X” at the end.
ISIN CODE The previously adjusted stock option series with a final “X” at the close of the
trading session on 17 May 2019 will be generated with a new ISIN code and
have only a “Y” at the end.
SUSPENSION OF EARLY
17 May 2019.
EXERCISE
The adjusted contracts will be available on our web site at the following URL at the opening of the trading day on

The long orders on stock option contracts on Fiat Chrysler Automobiles shares active at the end of the trading
session of 17 May 2019 will be deleted.
