 The apartment, the parking place and the beach place are available from 4 pm of arri-
 val day until 9:30 am of departure day.

 Ausgestattete Wohnungen mit:

 Wohnung, Stellplatz und Strandplatz stehen ab 16:00 Uhr des Ankunftstages bis 9:30 des

 • Pulizie finali escluse se l’alloggio non viene lasciato in ordine e pulito: TIPO A €
   30,00 – TIPO B € 40,00 – TIPO C € 50,00 – TIPO C Plus € 70,00.
 • Aria condizionata su richiesta 0,60 cent per kwh.
 • Il numero degli ospiti dell’alloggio è fissato per ogni tipo di appartamento e non
   potrà essere superato senza autorizzazione. La direzione si riserva di accettare
   ogni persona extra per € 15,00 al giorno.

   leitung behält sich das Recht vor, eine zusätzliche Person auf den Preis von €15,00 pro
   Tag zuzulassen.

 • Tassa di soggiorno esclusa come da tariffa in vigore prevista dal comune di Jesolo.
 • Gli alloggi sono completamente arredati e dotati di stoviglie, utensili da cucina,
   coperte cuscini ecc. È esclusa la dotazione di biancheria: lenzuola, asciugamani,
   tovaglie, strofinacci, detersivi.
 • La prenotazione è definitiva con la ricezione di una caparra non inferiore al 30%
   dell’importo, da far pervenire entro 15 giorni dalla conferma.

 • Tourist tax excluded as per current rate provided by the municipality of Jesolo.
 • The rooms are completely furnished and equipped with crockery, plates, kitchen
   utensils, blankets, pillows etc. Bed linen and towels, tablecloths, dishcloths and de-
   tergents are not included.
 • The reservation is only definitive with the payment of a deposit of not less than
   30% of the total, to be sent within 15 days after confirmation.

 • Kurtaxe ist nach dem aktuellen Satz der Gemeinde Jesolo vom Preis ausgeschlossen.
 • Die Unterkünfte sind vollständig möbliert und mit Besteck, Geschirr, Küchenutensil-
   ien, Decken, Kissen usw ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Scheuerlappen und
   Putzmittel sind nicht inbegriffen.
 • Die Reservierung ist erst endgültig nach Erhalt einer Anzahlung von mindestens 30%
   der Gesamtsumme, innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Bestätigung zu überweisen.
