L‘appartamento, il parcheggio, il posto spiaggia, si intendono disponibili dalle ore
16:00 del giono di arrivo, alle ore 9:30 del giorno di partenza.
Apartments equipped whit:
Air conditioning, television, safety deposit box, microwave oven, washing machine,
shower cabin, one parking space, one beach place, Internet WI-FI.
The rental price includes the following services:
electricity, gas, hot and cold water, a parking space, a beach place with 1 umbrella, 1
cot and 1 deck chair.
The apartment, Auto park, the place on the beach may be used from 16:00 am of the
day of arrival until 9:30 am of departure day.
Ausgestattete Wohnungen mit:

Der Mietpreis beinhaltet folgende Leistungen:

Sono esclusi i seguenti servizi:
• Pulizie finali escluse se non viene consegnato in ordine e pulito: TIPO A € 30,00
– TIPO B € 40,00 – TIPO C € 50,00.
• Aria condizionata su richiesta 0,60 cent per kwh.
• Il numero delle persone ospiti dell’alloggio è fissato per ogni tipo di apparta-
mento e non potrà essere superato senza autorizzazione,la direzione si riserva
di accettare persona extra € 15,00 al giorno.

stgelegt und darf nicht ohne Genehmigung überschritten werden. Die Geschäftsleitung
behält sich das Recht vor, eine zusätzliche Person in Höhe von € 15,00 pro Tag aufzu-
nehmen.

• Tassa di soggiorno esclusa come da tariffa in vigore prevista dal comune di Jesolo.
• Gli alloggi sono completamente arredati e dotati di stoviglie, utensili da cucina,
coperte cuscini ecc. È esclusa la dotazione di biancheria: lenzuola, asciugamani,
tovaglie, strofinacci, detersivi.
• La riservazione è definitiva con il ricevimento di una caparra non inferiore al
30%, da far pervenire entro 15 giorni successivi alla conferma.
• Tourist tax excluded as per the current rate provided by the municipality of Jesolo.
• The rooms are completely furnished and equipped with cutlery, plates, kitchen
utensils, blankets, pillows etc. Bed linen and towels, tablecloths, dusters, cleansers
are not included.
• The reservation is final with the payment of a deposit of not less than 30%, to be
sent within 15 days following confirmation.
• Touristensteuer ausgeschlossen nach dem aktuellen Satz der Gemeinde Jesolo.
• Die Unterkünfte sind vollständig möbliert und mit Besteck, Geschirr, Kuchenutensilien,
Decken, Kissen usw. Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Tischtücher, Reinigung, Putztücher
sind nicht inbegriffen.
• Die Reservierung ist endgültig mit einer Anzahlung von mindestens 30%, innerhalb von
