REGOLAMENTO - RESIDENCE LA RONDINAIA

Consegna alloggi:
Gli alloggi vengono consegnati puliti ed in ordine tra le ore 17.00 e le ore 19.00 del giorno
di arrivo e gli stessi dovranno essere lasciati liberi da persone e cose di proprietà entro e
non oltre le ore 10.00 del giorno di partenza.
In caso di mancata riconsegna entro l’orario suddetto è prevista una penale di € 50,00.
In caso di ritardo, imprevedibile, dovrà esserne data comunicazione dal cliente alla
Direzione ( 348 652 8498) in modo tempestivo, per poter concordare le modalità di
consegna.
La Direzione è esonerata da ogni responsabilità per eventuale smarrimento e/o mancanza
di oggetti personali, beni e denari lasciati all’interno dell’alloggio.

Utilizzo Alloggi:
L’uso degli alloggi è consentito esclusivamente ai villeggianti e le visite dei familiari, parenti
e/o amici dovranno essere comunicate alla Direzione e dalla stessa autorizzate.
Saranno denunciate alla P.S. tutte le persone trovate all’interno dell’alloggio e/o del
Residence senza autorizzazione.
Nell’uso dell’alloggio dovrà essere prestata attenzione a spengere le luci al momento
dell’uscita, a disattivare le apparecchiature elettriche. Si raccomanda anche la chiusura
di rubinetti, porte e finestre.
I rifiuti dovranno essere sempre riposti in sacchetti ben chiusi negli appositi contenitori
(anche raccolta differenziata) situati in paese.
E’ vietato versare materiali di qualsiasi genere e oggetti nei servizi igienici.
E’ vietato lasciare oggetti su balconi o davanzali e nelle aree comuni.
Se notate qualcosa di danneggiato, vi preghiamo di contattarci immediatamente.
Avvisateci anche se rompete qualcosa in modo da provvedere alla riparazione /
sostituzione .
Vi preghiamo di non spostare nessun mobile all’interno dell’appartamento.

Divieto di accesso ad animali:
E’ severamente vietato introdurre cani, gatti o altri animali.
E’ facoltà della Direzione derogare a tale divieto ed in tal caso i cani dovranno essere
muniti di museruola e portati al guinzaglio e gli escrementi degli animali dovranno essere
sempre raccolti dai proprietari e depositati negli appositi raccoglitori. I proprietari
risponderanno sempre e comunque per i loro animali.

Rumori:
Gli ospiti dovranno rispettare l’ora del silenzio dalle 14.30 alle 17.00 e la sera dalle 23.00
alle 8.00 del mattino. Non è consentito praticare giochi con il pallone nelle aree aperte
all’interno del residence, fare schiamazzi, ascoltare la radio o la musica negli spazi comuni
o aperti al pubblico se non con l’utilizzo di auricolari. Gli apparecchi televisivi e sonori in
genere dovranno comunque essere tenuti a volume basso all’interno degli alloggi. E’
vietato fare bagni notturni in piscina.

Sorveglianza dei figli e/o minori:
I genitori sono responsabili dei loro figli e dei minori a loro affidati, dovranno quindi
sorvegliarli affinché non rechino guasti alla proprietà e molestia alle persone o cose.

Divieto di fumare:
E’ vietato fumare negli alloggi e nei luoghi pubblici interni comuni.

Controlli e manutenzione:
L’alloggio dovrà essere lasciato a disposizione del personale per quanto necessario in
caso di controlli e manutenzione.

Abbigliamento:
Si invitano gli ospiti ad usare un abbigliamento decoroso nelle aree comuni.

Parcheggio:
Ciascun ospite dovrà fare uso del parcheggio secondo le disposizioni che riceverà dalla
Direzione. Le autovetture devono accedere ad una velocità non superiore a 10Km/h.

Danni:
Ogni ospite risponderà dei danni provocati da lui o dai suoi familiari.

Utilizzo Gazebo

Ogni appartamento ha a disposizione un tavolo sotto al gazebo.

LIBERATORIA per USO PISCINA

La proprietà viene esonerata da ogni responsabilità relativa all'utilizzo della piscina da
parte dei clienti e/o ospiti del residence.
Si precisa che la piscina è stata realizzata in conformità della normativa vigente e dovrà
essere utilizzata con la massima diligenza e cautela dagli adulti che comunque si
assumono ogni responsabilità per l'uso da parte dei figli minorenni o dei minorenni a loro
affidati il cui uso è vietato senza la loro presenza.

La proprietà è altresì esonerata da responsabilità per danni a cose e/o persone
che possano comunque derivare dall'uso della piscina.

E’ consentito entrare in piscina ad un massimo di 10 persone contemporaneamente ed è
obbligatorio l’utilizzo della cuffia.

Con cancello di accesso CHIUSO E’ SEVERAMENTE VIETATO ENTRARE NELL’AREA
PISCINA. Troverete i cartelli con gli orari di apertura.

Si prega di osservare il percorso indicato dalle transenne, di disinfettarsi piedi e
suole delle ciabatte e fare la doccia, prima dell’ingresso nell’area piscina.

La zona è quotidianamente disinfettata per garantirvi la massima sicurezza a livello
igienico.
Preghiamo quindi di ottemperare alle regole che troverete anche in cartelli esposti
nell’area piscina. Firmando la presente si prende visione e si accettano le già citate norme.

Si raccomanda di non lasciare in area piscina teli ed oggetti personali incustoditi.

Regulation - RESIDENCE LA RONDINAIA

Delivery accommodation:
The lodgings are delivered clean and in order between 5 pm and 7 pm on the day of
arrival and they must be left free by people and things of property not later than 10.00 am
of the day of departure.
In the case of non-returned in time there is a penalty of € 50,00.
In the event of delay, unpredictable, shall be notified by the customer to the management
(348 652 8498) in a timely manner in order to be able to agree on the modalities of
delivery.
The management is exempt from any liability for any loss and/or lack of personal objects,
goods and money left in the interior of the accommodation.

Use Accommodation:
The use of accommodation is permitted only to holidaymakers and the visits of the
members of the family, family and/or friends will have to be communicated to the direction
and by the same authorized.
Will be reported to the management all people found inside of the accommodation and/or
of residence without authorization.
Using the accommodation you must be paid attention to turn the lights off and to turn off
the electrical equipment when exiting. It is also recommended the closure of taps, doors
and windows.
The waste should always be stored in bags closed in suitable containers (also
differentiated collection) located in the country.
It is forbidden to pour materials of any kind and objects in the toilet.
It is prohibited to leave the objects on the balcony or window sills and common areas.
If you notice something damaged, please contact us immediately. Also let us know if you
break something in order to provide repair /replacement .
Please do not move any furniture inside the apartment.

Prohibition of access to animals:
It is strictly forbidden to introduce dogs, cats or other animals.
The management has the right to derogate this prohibition and in this case the dogs must
wear a muzzle and be brought to the leash and excrement of animals should always be
collected by the owners and deposited in suitable holders. The owners will always and in
any case responsable for their animals.

Noise:
Guests must respect the time of silence from 14.30 to 17.00 and in the evening from 23.00
to 8.00 am. It is not allowed to practice games with the ball in the open areas inside the
residence, to listen to the radio or music in the common spaces or open to the public
without headphones. Television sets and sound in general will still need to be kept at low
volume inside the accommodation. It is prohibited to make night baths in swimming pool.

Monitoring of children and/or minor:
Parents are responsible for their children and minors entrusted to them. They will have to
watch them so that they do not break down property and harass people or things

Prohibition of smoking:
It is forbidden to smoke in the accommodation and in public places common interior.

Inspection and maintenance:
The accommodation must be left at the disposal of the staff as necessary in the case of
inspections and maintenance.

Clothing:
You invite guests to use a decorous apparel in public areas.

Parking:
Each guest will have to make use of the parking lot of the provisions that will receive from
the Direction. The cars must have access at a rate no greater than 10km/h.

Damage:
Each guest shall be liable for damage caused by him or his or her family.

Use Gazebo

Each apartment has at its disposal a table under the gazebo.

Disclaimer for use of swimming pool

The property is exempt from any liability related to the use of the swimming pool from the
part of the clients and/or guests of the residence.
It should be noted that the pool was made in accordance with the legislation in force and
should be used with utmost diligence and care by adults anyway. Adult must assume all
responsibility for the use of the pool by children. For minors the use of the pool is allowed
only with the presence of an adult.
The property is also exempt from liability for damage to property and/or people who can
still arise from the use of the swimming pool.

It is allowed to enter the pool to a maximum of 10 people simultaneously.

When the gate is closed it is strictly forbidden to enter in the pool area. You will find the
signs with the opening hours.

Please observe the path indicated by barriers, disinfect feet and soles of shoes and
take a shower before entering the pool area.

The area is disinfected daily to guarantee maximum security at hygienic level.

Wear the swimming cup
Therefore please comply with the rules that you will also find in cartels exposed in the
pool area. By signing the present takes vision and you accept the already cited standards.

It is recommended not to leave in area Swimming pool towels and personal belongings
unattended.
