Edel
Linea sognante e vintage per un letto tessile che sembra sospeso: Edel si
distingue per la caratteristica testiera curva che avvolge delicatamente la
struttura imbottita e rivestita in tessuto. La cura per i particolari è definita dal
prezioso dettaglio del bordino in velluto, tono su tono o a contrasto. Rifugio
personale. Edel nasce per soddisfare la voglia di intimità. Il disegno dell’ampia
testata imbottita si chiude ai lati offrendo un ideale abbraccio avvolgente.
Dreamy and vintage line for a textile bed that seems suspended: Edel stands
out for the characteristic curved headboard that delicately wraps the padded
structure covered in fabric. The attention to detail is clearly on show in the
stunning velvet border, which can be provided in the same colour as the rest
of the bed or in a contrast colour. Personal refuge. Edel was born to satisfy
the desire for intimacy. The design of the large padded headboard closes on
the sides offering an ideal enveloping embrace.

Biografia designer
Designer biography
Flaviano Capriotti
Dopo la laurea in Architettura al Politecnico di Milano, dal 1998 si occupa di
progettazione residenziale ed alberghiera. Nel 2006 apre il suo studio e firma
per Park Hyatt Milano il progetto del bar Mio e del ristorante VUN Andrea
Aprea. Ha tenuto lezioni ed interventi alla Tsinghua University di Pechino, alla
Domus Academy di Milano e al Politecnico di Milano. Per Lema disegna nel
2011 il letto Edel.
Flaviano Capriotti
Flaviano Capriotti was born in Bologna in 1971. With a degree in Architecture
from the Milan Polytechnic, Capriotti has worked in residential and hospitality
architecture since 1998. In the same year, he won the “Premio Progetto
Giovane” at the XVIII Compasso D’Oro. In 2006, he opened his own studio
and designed the Mio Bar and two Michelin star VUN Andrea Aprea restaurant
for the Park Hyatt Milan. He has taught and spoken at the Tsinghua Beijing
University. He designed the Edel bed for Lema in 2011.
