DETERMINAZIONE DIRIGENZIALE N. 325 DEL 16/06/2021

OGGETTO: CONVEGNO INTERNAZIONALE PER LE CELEBRAZIONI DEL
10° ANNIVERSARIO DELLA RACCOMANDAZIONE UNESCO
DEL 2011 "HISTORICAL URBAN LANDSCAPE (PAESAGGIO
URBANO STORICO)". IMPEGNO DI SPESA.
IL DIRIGENTE DEL SETTORE
Visto il decreto del Sindaco n. 27 del 09/10/2019 con il quale il sottoscritto è stato
nominato Responsabile del SETTORE SERVIZI ALLA CULTURA E ALLA PERSONA;
Vista la deliberazione del Consiglio Comunale n. 68 del 30/12/2020, con la quale è stato
approvato il Bilancio di Previsione 2021-2023 e successivi atti di variazione, esecutivi ai
sensi di legge;
Vista la deliberazione della Giunta Comunale n. 6 del 12/01/2021, con la quale è stato
approvato il Piano Esecutivo di Gestione (PEG) 2021-2023 e successivi atti di variazione,
esecutivi ai sensi di legge;
Vista la deliberazione della Giunta Comunale n. 91 del 15/06/2021 con la quale è stato
approvato quanto segue:
- la partecipazione del Comune di San Gimignano al convegno internazionale organizzato
dall’UNESCO per le celebrazioni del 10° anniversario della Raccomandazione UNESCO
del 2011 “Historical Urban Landscape (Paesaggio Urbano Storico)”, in programma online,
dal 16 al 24 giugno 2021, di cui al programma allegato al presente atto a formarne parte
integrante e sostanziale;
- il trasferimento all’UNESCO della somma di 4.500,00 euro a titolo di compartecipazione
del Comune di San Gimignano;
Ritenuto che la partecipazione al convegno in oggetto costituisca motivo di interesse per
elaborare nuove strategie in campo turistico;
Dato atto che, a fronte dell’esborso di 4.500,00 euro, il Comune di San Gimignano si
avvarrà dei trasferimenti dell’ambito territoriale “Terre di Val d’Elsa e dell’Etruria Volterrana”
di 2.000,00 euro e dell’Università di Firenze, Dipartimento di Architettura, di 1.000,00 euro;
Copia informatica per consultazioneDato atto che la somma di € 4.500,00 trova copertura sul Bilancio di previsione 2021;
Ritenuto di dover procedere all’assunzione di idoneo impegno di spesa in favore
dell’UNESCO;
Visti gli artt. 151 comma 4, 183 e 191 D.Lgs. n. 267/2000 relativamente all’ordinamento
finanziario e contabile, in particolare in merito all’assunzione e alla gestione di impegni di
spesa;
DETERMINA
1.di provvedere, per le motivazioni espresse in narrative, all’assunzione di un impegno di
spesa per la partecipazione del Comune di San Gimignano al convegno internazionale
organizzato dall’UNESCO per le celebrazioni del 10° anniversario della Raccomandazione
UNESCO del 2011 “Historical Urban Landscape (Paesaggio Urbano Storico)”, in
programma online, dal 16 al 24 giugno 2021, di cui al programma allegato al presente atto
a formarne parte integrante e sostanziale, per un importo di € 4.500,00;
2.di impegnare la somma di € 4.500,00 da trasferire all’UNESCO, sul Bilancio 2021, come
segue:

3.di dare atto che si provvederà alla liquidazione amministrativa della spesa di cui alla
presente determinazione, senza l’adozione di ulteriori provvedimenti, previa verifica della
regolarità delle forniture e della relativa fattura, ai sensi dell’art. 184 del TUEL approvato
con D.Lgs. 267/2000;
4.di attestare, ai sensi dell'art. 147-bis del D.Lgs n. 267/2000, che il presente atto rispetta
gli obblighi di regolarità e correttezza dell'azione amministrativa;
5.Di dare atto che, ai sensi del comma 8 dell’art. 183 del D.Lgs. n. 267/2000 e s.m.i., il
programma dei conseguenti pagamenti dell’impegno di spesa di cui al presente
provvedimento è compatibile con i relativi stanziamenti di cassa del bilancio e con i nuovi
vincoli di finanza pubblica di cui alla Legge n. 145/2018 (c.d. Legge di Bilancio 2019).
