Alternanza scuola lavoro L’ alternanza scuola lavoro è obbligatoria per tutti gli studenti dell’ultimo triennio del- le scuole superiori compresi i licei, è una grande innovazione della legge 107 del 2015 che stabilisce 400 ore per gli istituti tecnici e 200 ore per i licei permettendo agli stu- denti di sperimentare un percorso formativo alternativo all’estero o in Italia. Con l’alternanza scuola lavoro si chiede all’Europa di aprire le porte agli studenti ren- dendoli partecipi del mondo del lavoro e prospettando loro la possibilità di scelte ade- guate al loro futuro. L’alternanza scuola lavoro stimola la creatività degli studenti e favorisce, come ripor- tato dal MIUR “il senso di iniziativa ed imprenditorialità” cosi che possano tradurre le idee in azione. Gli studenti in alternanza non sono lavoratori ma soggetti che apprendono compe- tenze reali coerenti con il mondo del lavoro, per questo è importante che la collabo- razione tra l’istituto e l’azienda ospitante sia costruita su basi trasparenti, Vivimondo si propone per questo compito. La scelta della destinazione e l’assegnazione degli stu- denti all’estero o in Italia deve essere fatta con la massima attenzione e lo studente deve essere seguito per tutto il periodo dell’alternanza garantendo il sostegno necessario.
