One of the ITS Biocampus key features is the lntegratlon of muttidiscipllnary human resources and the networklng of
knowledge and high standard equipment for the realizatlon of training courses in line With the needs of the territorial area.
At the bottom of the Fondazione Biocampus there is the permanent regional network which is subdivided into a network of
scientific and technological skiils, where each partner carrles out specific tasks: the research facility provides human and
materiai resources ; the lnstitutes of Higher Education provide logistlcal and instrumental resources , the Chamber of
Commerce , the Industriai Consortium and the Province of Latina make available financial resources. the organizatlon of
training works with the contribution of human resources. etc ...
lt is very lmportant . the contribute made by companies and trade associations to ldentify professional needs to meet the job
world.
In order to contribute to the dissemination of technical and sclentific knowledge and in arder to support, in a systematic
w ay, the measures for economie development and competitiveness of the ltalian productive system in llne With European
standards, one of ITS strategie priorities is the comparison With European lnstitutions With regard to teaching and
researchlng. In this point of view , ITS Biocampus has, among its core tasks. the development of lntemational exchanges of
students, teachers and administrative staff through bilateraI agreements of cooperation with other European Hlgher
Technical lnstttutes (Leaming Agreement). An example is the agreement with the French lnstitute called "La Maison
Familiale Rurale" that grants BTS ( Brevets de Technlciens Supérieurs ) and With whom we are working for both the
outgoing and the incoming of students. Other partnerships are with organizatlons In lreland, like Equlpeople (for work
experience In agriculture I farmhouse ). White lreland ( for work experience and intercultural exchange) and Eazycity
(accommodation in lreland and Great Britaln and professional work experience) ; With language schools llke Language in
Group (located in Dublin. London and Totnes } and the Dublin School of English (Dublin).
Partnerships facilitate student mobility and allow to enrich the cultura! and soclal development of a student. at the same
time, the mobility of teachers and administrative staff Will help the development of new teaching and adminlstrative
practlces. In order to homogenize the European standards. The existence of the Office for lnternational Relatlons and        tor
Erasmus+ program Within the l nstitute, stems from the lncreasingly strong need to equalize the vocational school to
European standards.
The cholce offoreign partners is based on an assessment carrled out by the team that works wlth ln the ITS, analyzing the
actlvities carried out annually by students, in arder to identify possible areas of intervention and on which to pian exchange
actlvities . Very lmportant is the verification of the training course , whlch varies from year to year, and of the toplcs studled
In order to create further opportunttles for collaboratlon on Innovative fields of study, which may previde slgnals fora
discusslon on teaching methods as well as new posslbilltles for placement in the company and so in the world of
lntematlonal business.
The geographical areas of lnterest for ITS Biocampus are EU and non-EU economie areas of speclfic lnterest for
 companles belonging to the locai context, and the attentlon ls focused especially on those countries where ITS have been
 established for severa! years. such as France. Spaln, Germany, Finland, etc ...
 The exchange activitles concem both mobility programs tor study and intemshlps for students, With the goal of creating
 educational opportunities for motivated and interested young people, both programs for the teachlng and non-teaching staff
 of ITS, with the goal of bullding a skilled team able to lnteract with transactional expertise and With colleagues from other
 EU reallty. The actlvities are the following:
 • MOBILITY PROGRAM FOR EDUCA TION AND TRAINING : (target: incoming and outcoming students; intemship
 programs especially for second year students
 • MOBILITY PROGRAM FOR TEACHERS AND STAFF : (target: teaching and educational actlvitles staff. staff for mobility}
 • DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS - In order to encourage the development of ldeas about lnnovatlon,

Una delle caratteristiche fondamentali dell'ITS BIOCAMPUS è l'Integrazione delle competenze multidlsclpllnari delle risorse
umane che vi operano e la messa in rete di un patrimonio di conoscenze e attrezzature di alto livello, per la realiZzazione di
percorsi formativi in linea con le esigenze del territorio. Alla base della Fondazione c'è la rete territoriale permanente che si
articola secondo una rete di competenze scientifiche e tecnologiche, in cui ogni elemento del Partenariato svolge compiti
precisi: l'ente di ricerca mette a disposizione risorse umane e strumentali; gli Istituti di Istruzione Superiore mettono a
disposizione risorse logistiche e strumentali, la CCIAA , Il Consorzio Industriale e a Provincia di Latina mettono a
disposizione risorse finanziarie, l'Ente di formazione collabora con l'apporto di risorse umane, etc.,. Importante sottolineare
l'apporto fornito dalle aziende e dalle Associazioni di Categoria per individuare fabbisogni professionali da soddisfare al fine
di creare occupazione.
Allo scopo di contribuire alla diffusione della cultura tecnica e scientifica e sostenere, in modo sistematico, le misure per lo
sviluppo economico e la competitività del sistema produttivo italiano in linea con i parametri europei, l'ITS considera una
delle sue priorità strategiche il confronto con Istituzioni europee per quanto riguarda la didattica e la ricerca. In questa
prospettiva ha tra i propri compiti fondamentali lo sviluppo degli scambi Internazionali di studenti, docenti e personale
amministrativo attraverso la stipula di Accordi Bilaterali di collaborazione con altri Istituti Tecnici Superiori Europei
(l earning Agreement). Un Esempio è l'accordo con l'istituto francese di parigrado che rilascia BTS (Brevets de
Techniclens Superieurs) denominato "l a Maison Famlliale Rurale" con il quale stiamo collaborando sia per l'outgolng che
per l'incom ing degli studenti. Altri partenariati sono con associazioni in Irlanda, quali Equlpeople (per work experience nel
mondo agricolo/agrituristico), White In lreland (per work experience e scambi interculturali) e Eazyclty (per alloggi in irlanda
e Gran Bretagna e per work experience professionali); con le scuole di lingua language in Group (con sede A Dublino,
Londra e Totnes) e con la Dublin School of Engllsh (Dublino). I partenariati favoriscono la mobilità studentesca e
permetterà di arricchire il bagaglio culturale e sociale di uno studente, mentre quella del docenti e del personale
amministrativo favorirà lo sviluppo di nuove prassi didattiche e amministrative, tendendo ad omogeneizzarsi agli standard
europei. la presenza dell'ufficio per le Relazioni Internazionali e l'Erasmus. all'Interno dell'Istituto nasce dall'esigenza
sempre più forte di equipararsi agli standard europei.
La scelta dei partner esteri avviene sulla base di una valutazione effettuata dal team che opera all'interno dell'ITS,
analizzando le attività svolte annualmente dagli studenti. al fine di un confronto sinergico finaliZzato ad Individuare possibili
aree comuni di intervento e sulle quali poter prevedere delle attività di scambio. DI particolare importanza la verifica del
percorso formativo. che varia di anno in anno, e del temi trattati nelle attività didattiche per le quali si cerca di creare altresl
 opportunità di collaborazione su campi di studio innovativi, che possano offrire spunti per un confronto sulle metodologie
 didattiche, nonché nuove possibilità per Il placement In azienda e quindi nel mondo del lavoro Internazionale.
 Le aree geografiche rispetto alle quali si orienta l'attenzione dell'ITS sono quelle aree economiche UE ed Extra UE, di
 specifico interesse per le imprese appartenenti al contesto terrttorlale , e soprattutto l'attenzione è focaliZzata In quei paesi
 in cui gli ITS sono una realtà consolidata da diversi anni, come ad esempio la Francia, la Spagna, la Germania, la
 Finlandia, etc.
 l 'attività di scambio riguarda sia programmi di mobilità per studio e tirocini degli studenti. con l'obiettivo di creare
 opportunità formative per giovani motivati ed interessati; sia programmi per li personale docente e non docente dell'ITS,
 con l'obiettivo di costruire un team transazionale in grado di interloquire con competenze con i colleghi di altre realtà EU. Di
 seguito il dettaglio delle attività:

L'implementazione del nuovo programma ERASMUS + rappresenta un'Importante opportunità di internazionalizzazione per
l'ITS, al fine di migliorare e rinnovare l'offerta formativa e didattica già esistente. Rilevante è la possibilità che I ragazza!
hanno di fare un'esperienza all'estero, fondamentale per chiudere il percorso di studio avviato.
L'obiettivo dell'ITS per quanto attiene la realizzazione di programmi di mobilità è focalizzato sui seguenti punti:
•collaborare a livello europeo con altri Istituti Tecnici ed altre realtà del sistema formativo europeo nella realizzazione di
progetti formativi. A tale scopo l'ITS ha il proprio staff transazionale composto da personale esperto allo scopo di
promuovere ed implementare accordi bilaterali di collaborazione; lo staff lavora sull'organizzazione di workshop informativi
in cui coinvolgere il personale docente e tecnico e gli studenti , allo scopo di fornire informazioni dettagliate sulle modalità di
realizzazione dei programmi di mobilità.
•creare e sottoscrivere protocolli di intesa con realtà che operano a livello internazionale per fornire agli studenti ulteriori
opportunità formative e possibilità di Inserimento nel mercato del lavoro internazionale;
•creare una sportello on-line, oltre all'ufficio dedicato in sede, finalizzato a fornire informazioni e creare una sezione
dedicata sulla pagina del sito web per pubblicizzare al massimo le opportunità che offrono i progetti di mobilità europea per
incentivare gli studenti ad aderire alle iniziative

Nella prospettiva di una crescente lntemazlonalizzazlone della fonnazlone superiore, la mobllità acquista una centralità
sempre maggiore.L'ITS BIOCAMPUS ritiene che la realizzazione di programmi di mobilità nell'ambito del Programma
Erasmus+ accresce da una parte, le opportunità di occupazione e inserimento professionale per I propri studenti e dall'altra
la qualità dell'insegnamento, ottenuto tramite il confronto di modelli fonnativi    e lo studio/implementazione di nuovi tool
educativi.
In relazione alle 5 priorità di Modernisation Agenda si ritiene che la realizzazione di programmi di mobilità possa:
1.aumento del livello di istruzione: la partecipazione al programma fa ampliare il numero di studenti che raggiungono
livelli più elevati di istruzione sia attraverso lezioni frontali che percorsi di training on the j ob, nonché grazie alla
professionalità del corpo docente che si aggiorna grazie al programma;
2.migliorare la qualità   e le competenze dell'istruzione superiore: il miglioramento della qualità e delle competenze degli
studenti, awiene sia direttamente attraverso la realizzazione dei programmi di scambio e mobilità, sia mediante la
pubblicizzazione che verrà data all'iniziativa per stimolare sempre più studenti a partecipare al programma:
3.rafforzare la qualità attraverso la mobilità e la cooperazione transnazionale: la partecipazione al programma pennette il
riconoscimento dei crediti d'insegnamento ottenuti all'estero;disponibilità di un'offerta di tirocini ampia e di
qualità;attivazione di corsi in inglese per attrarre gll studenti stranieri e certificare la competenza linguistica di quelli
locali;pianificare la fonnazione linguistica del personale amministrativo e tecnico, soprattutto quello che opera nel settore
dell'internazionalizzazione; promuovere la conoscenza e l'Immagine degli ITS all'estero
4 . legame fra istruzione, ricerca e innovazione(ll triangolo della conoscenza):La partecipazione dell'ITS al programma
pennetterà di identificare. coordinare e valorizzare le opportunità e le esigenze esistenti a livello territoriale in tema di
ricerca e Innovazione, investimenti produttivi, fonnazione, internazionalizzazione. attraverso una pianificazione condivisa e
strategica delle attività e il supporto per la creazione di reti e collaborazioni con le parti interessate sia all'interno che in
ambito UE del sistema produttivo identificato.
5.migliorare la governance e la possibilità di accesso a finanziamento: la messa in rete delle competenze nel sistema ITS si
configu ra un modello Innovativo di govemance, in cui più soggetti interagiscono e lavorano in sinergia per definire strategie
e strumenti d'azione, awicinando la ricerca , lo sviluppo, l'Innovazione, la formazione e le tecnologie alle esigenze del
mercato ed al bisogni reali del sistema produttivo . Questo contesto contribuisce ad accelerare, facilitare        e stimolare
l'oraanizzazione di ciani di finanziamento soecificl.

In view of the growtng lntematlonallzation of higher educatlon, mobllity programma buy a key role. ITS Blocampus belleves
that the implementation of programs of mobility withln the Erasmus+ Programma increases on the one hand, employment
opportunities and employability for their students and on the other, the quality of education, obtained by comparison of
training models and study or implementation of new educational tool.
In relation to the 5 priorities of Modemisation Agenda of Higher Education ITS Biocampus believes that the implementation
of mobility programs can :
1. lncreasing attainment levels to provide the graduates and researchers Europe needs - participation in the program
increase the number of students who reach higher levels of education through courses taught indoor (in class) or outdoor
(training on the job) , and thanks to the skills of the teaching staff that can update and improve its role through the program

2 . lmprove the quality and relevance of higher education - the quallty and skills of the students improve both lhrough the
implementalion of programs of exchange and mobility , and by the promotion that will be given to the initlative lo slimulate
more students lo take part l o lhe program ;
3 . Strengthening quality through mobility and cross-border cooperation - participation in the program allows the recognition
of credits for teachers that go teachlng abroad; offer a wide range of lntemships; actìvate courses in English lo attract
foreign students and certify the language proficiency of ltallan students, planning language training of admlnistrative and
technical staff , especially for one that operates in the field of lntemationalization; prom ote the awareness and image of ITS
abroad
4 . linking higher education, research and business for excellence and regional development ( the knowtedge triangle )-
The participation ofthe ITS to the program enable lo ldentify, coordinate and exploit the opportunlties and needs existlng at
the locai level in terms of research and innovation, productive investment, training • intemationalization, through a shared
and strategie plannlng activities and support for the creation of networks and partnerships with stakeholders both within and
abroad the EU production system .
5 . lmprove govemance and funding- the networking skills in the ITS system set up an innov ative model of govemance,
where each partner lnteracts and works together to develop strategies and tools for action, bringing the research,
development, innovati on. training and technology to the needs of the market and the real needs of the productive system.
This context helps to speed up , facilitate and encourage the organlzation of sceclfic financina schemes.
