        GENERAL AND SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION
Crediti Formativi ECM (only for Italian attendees)
I crediti assegnati all’evento sono 7,5 e sono rivolti a: Medici Chirurghi
(Cardiologia, Cardiochirurgia), Infermieri, Tecnici della fisiopatologia
cardiocircolatoria e perfusione cardiovascolare.

Le sessioni del 17 e 24 settembre sono accreditate come unico evento
formativo, quindi avranno diritto ai crediti ECM solo coloro che
saranno presenti al 90% delle ore formative complessive e che
avranno compilato il questionario online rispondendo esattamente
almeno al 75% del totale delle domande proposte.

Il questionario sarà disponibile per la compilazione dalla fine
della seconda sessione del 24 settembre, fino alle ore 23.59 del 27
settembre. In caso di mancato superamento del questionario, sarà
necessario seguire nuovamente le lezioni per tutta la durata. Dopo la
visione il questionario ECM si abiliterà e sarà possibile compilarlo di
nuovo, fino ad un massimo di 5 tentativi.

I crediti formativi ECM saranno certificati dal Provider Scientific Press
(Nr. 245) sulla base di quanto disposto sull’Accordo Stato Regioni del
2/2/2017 in materia e da quanto ad esso collegato.

Obiettivo formativo: Applicazione nella pratica quotidiana dei principi
e delle procedure dell’evidence based practice.
