La passione con cui mi sono dedicato, in questo anno formativo, a dirigere il Centro
di Verzuolo, mi ha permesso di rimettermi in gioco. Ho vissuto il cambiamento
come un nuovo stimolo lavorativo, a volte non semplice, ma che ora sta portando i
primi veri risultati, sia a livello didattico sia a livello di team lavorativo.
Una delle maggiori potenzialità di questo Centro è il suo luogo strategico, che per-
mette un contatto diretto con le numerose aziende limitrofe e con le associazioni
del territorio. Questa fitta rete di rapporti permette di assicurare agli allievi un percorso formativo completo sia dal punto di vista di-
dattico (rilascio certificati), che professionale (stage e interventi in classe di titolari di aziende). Gli allievi devono essere messi al centro
del progetto formativo di AFP.
Dal mio punto di vista c’è ancora un buon margine di crescita nell’ambito della saldatura.
Nell’ambito della meccanica d’auto porteremo avanti le iniziative relative al «Rally» per avvicinare gli allievi allo studio dei motori delle
auto da corsa. Inoltre, inseriremo unità formative sui motori ibridi ed elettrici ed un intero reparto di motoristica.
Intravedo molte occasioni di sviluppo che questo Centro potrà cogliere per offrire un servizio sempre più innovativo.
The passion with which I applied myself, in this formative year, in running the Centre in Verzuolo, allowed me to get back out there. I lived this
change as a new work incentive, which was not always easy, but that now is bringing the first results, both in terms of teaching and working
team.
One of the main potentials of this Centre is its strategic role, that allows a direct contact with many nearby companies and with regional
associations. This dense network of partnerships ensures students to follow a full formative course, both from a didactic (issuing certificates)
and a professional (internships and meetings in classrooms with companies’ employers) point of view. Students must be put at the core of
the formative project of AFP.
From my point of view there is still a wide growth margin in the welding field.
In the context of car mechanics we will carry out initiatives related to “Rally” in order to bring students closer to the study of race cars engines.
Moreover, we will add some training units on hybrid and electric engines, as well as a whole motoring department.
I can detect many opportunities of development that this Centre could seize, in order to offer a more and more innovative service.

Desidero ringraziare di cuore l’AFP di Verzuolo, in particolare il Direttore Gene-
rale Ingrid Brizio, il Direttore Massimo Gianti e tutti i professori che hanno cre-
duto in me e mi hanno spinto a vivere con entusiasmo questa avventura. Un
sentito grazie va anche alla Randstad e alla Sig. Lia Scaglione che ha organizzato
l’evento con efficienza e grande disponibilità.
Questa esperienza è stata per me un modo per mettere alla prova non solo le
mie capacità tecniche ma anche la mia timidezza e paura iniziale che avevo nei
confronti degli altri. Il mio percorso scolastico si conclude oggi e, questo concor-
so mi ha dato tanta grinta per iniziare la mia nuova avventura lavorativa. Ci sono
tanti momenti di questi 3 anni che porterò nel cuore, momenti condivisi con i
miei compagni di classe a volte divertenti, a volte più difficili, ma tutti mi hanno
aiutato a crescere. Per questo, rappresentare la nostra scuola in un’occasione
così importante è stato per me un vero motivo di orgoglio.

interessati troveranno dei medici, delle ostetriche, delle psicologhe, delle nutrizioniste,
che li sapranno ascoltare e rispondere alle loro domande.

Cristoforetti, l’astronauta!Il lavoro di gruppo molto impegnativo ma molto gratificante è stato presentato nella sala Einaudi della

Welding championship in Verzuolo
Michele Primo, allievo di AFP- Centro di Verzuolo, ha partecipato, nel mese di Giugno 2016, a Milano, al campionato nazionale di
saldatura organizzato dalla Randstad. Michele era l’unico studente che ha preso parte a questa coinvolgente competizione, in cui si
sono sfidati i migliori saldatori italiani. A Michele i complimenti del Direttore di Verzuolo, Massimo Gianti e di tutto lo staff!
Michele Primo, student at AFP – Centre in Verzuolo, participated, in June 2016, in Milan, in the national welding championship organised
by Randstad. Michele was the only student who took part in this engaging competition, in which the best Italian welders competed. He
