In Italia, la classificazione ambientale degli apparecchi a biomassa è una guida all’acquisto per
il consumatore, per aiutarlo nella scelta di un prodotto di qualità maggiormente sostenibile dal
punto di vista ambientale. Le stelle sono attribuite in base alla quantità di polveri e all’efficienza
degli apparecchi, le stufe a minor impatto ambientale sono certificate 3, 4 o 5 stelle.
