Falcon è caratterizzato da:
• 4 assi di movimento;
• una pinza veloce e precisa con rota-
zione singola o doppia;
• robot su rotaia;
• carrello orizzontale;
• colonna verticale;
• trasporto a rulli frizionati per accumu-
lare i pacchi;
• barriera frontale con funzione di ca-
denzatore;
• trasporto motorizzato per indirizzare
le scatole al punto di presa.
Falcon is characterized by:
• 4 axes of movement;
• rapid and precise gripper with single
or double rotation;
• robot on a rail;
• horizontal cart;
• vertical column;
• transport on friction-driven rollers to
stack packets;
• front barrier with timer function;
• motorized coveyor bringing the boxes
to the pick-up point.

Tecnologia di presa
Pick-up technology
I servomotori brushless di cui è dotato
Falcon alimentano i 4 assi.
La pinza di presa si regola sulle 4 di-
mensioni e riesce a prelevare e depo-
sitare anche due confezioni contempo-
raneamente in modo indipendente.
Il ribaltino frontale delle scatole garanti-
sce al 100% l’incolumità dei prodotti.
The 4 axes are powered by brushless
servomotors on the Falcon power.
The grip is adjustable in 4 dimen-
sions and is able to pick up or deposit
also two package independently at the
same time.
The front flap on the boxes ensures the
total safety of the products.

Con Falcon è possibile gestire in au-
tomatico l’associazione tra il barco-
de del pallet e i colli ad esso abbinati,
permettendo una gestione ottimale del
flusso del pallet verso il magazzino.
With Falcon it’s possible to automatical-
ly manage the matching of the pallet
barcode with the relevant packages,
allowing for an efficient management of
the pallet flow towards the warehouse.

INTERFACCIA OPERATORE
Con la consolle touch screen Copilot
è possibile posizionare facilmente le
scatole sul pallet ottimizzando lo spazio
a disposizione.
FALCON È IN RETE
Con i sistemi Data Manager e Data
Collector di System ogni dispositivo
elettronico del Falcon lavora in totale
autonomia ma allo stesso tempo co-
munica con gli altri attraverso un bus di
campo, così da poter scambiare, fornire
e ricevere dati in tempo reale.
OPERATOR INTERFACE
With the Copilot touch screen console,
it’s possible to easily position the boxes
on the pallet, optimizing the available
space.
FALCON IS ONLINE
With System’s Data Manager and Data
Collector programs, every electronic
device on the Falcon operates in com-
plete autonomy, but at the same time
communicates with the others through
a field bus, enabling it to exchange,
supply and receive data in real time.
