COMUNICAZIONE:
REGOLAMENTO CESSIONE TEMPORANEA ALLOGGI PER
PROGRAMMI INTERNAZIONALI O STAGE
CHI PUO’ ACCEDERE ALL’ALLOGGIO:
Gli studenti ospiti delle Residenze Bocconi, che prendano parte a Programmi Internazionali o Stage
certificati dal Servizio Relazioni Internazionali o Career Service (anche Free-mover certificati e stage
auto-procurati approvati dal Career Service), possono chiedere di mettere a disposizione
dell’Università Bocconi il proprio alloggio per dare ospitalità a studenti stranieri scambisti.
E’ possibile, inoltre, segnalare il nominativo di uno studente bocconiano, regolarmente iscritto
all’a.a. 2016-17, interessato ad occupare provvisoriamente l’alloggio e per la sola durata del
programma internazionale o stage. In tal caso, allo studente che occuperà provvisoriamente
l’alloggio, non verranno richiesti requisiti di merito e di reddito.
Nel 1° semestre la cessione ad uno studente Bocconiano sarà subordinata al non utilizzo da parte
del Servizio Relazioni Internazionali; nel 2° semestre verrà data priorità di assegnazione a studenti
subentranti indicati tramite l’apposito modulo allegato.
RETTE E TARIFFE APPLICATE:
Qualora la camera messa a disposizione risultasse a tariffa intera lo studente subentrante pagherà
l’alloggio a tariffa intera, se risultasse a tariffa ridotta, lo studente subentrante pagherà la tariffa
relativa alla fascia ISU a lui assegnata per l’anno accademico 2016-17. Lo studente a cui non fosse
stata assegnata una fascia ISU Bocconi per l’a.a. 2016-17, pagherà la tariffa intera.
Gli studenti che lasceranno provvisoriamente la camera per la partecipazione a programmi
Internazionali e stage riconosciuti dall'Università Bocconi, saranno tenuti al pagamento della retta
alloggio per il periodo di assenza qualora la camera non venisse utilizzata dal Servizio Relazioni
Internazionali o dallo studente segnalato.
Per gli studenti che avranno partecipato a uno dei suddetti programmi durante l’a.a. 2016-17, la
retta complessiva alloggio sarà determinata in base alla tariffa mensile.
LA CONFERMA ALLOGGIO:
Gli studenti ospiti che confermano l’alloggio per l’a.a. 2016-17 ma che lasciano anticipatamente
(cioè prima del 22 luglio 2017) e definitivamente la camera per la partecipazione ai suddetti
programmi riconosciuti dall'Università Bocconi, potranno richiedere il rimborso della caparra
attraverso la procedura di check-out online segnalando la data d’uscita definitiva con almeno 20
giorno di preavviso.
Gli ospiti che non confermano l’alloggio per l’a.a. 2016-17 dovranno lasciare definitivamente la
camera entro le ore 12:00 del 24 luglio 2016 e compilare il modulo check-out online dove sarà
possibile richiedere il rimborso della caparra.
LE TEMPISTICHE:
PRIMO SEMESTRE 2016/2017
Cessione per tutto il periodo: 23.08.2016 - 24.12.2016
Consegna modulo di cessione: entro il 1° giugno 2016 ore 13.00, personalmente all’Ufficio Servizi
agli Studenti/ ISU Bocconi. (Oltre tale data non verranno accettate ulteriori cessioni).
Conferma di avvenuta cessione da parte dell’Università: 4 luglio 2016
SECONDO SEMESTRE 2016 / 2017
Cessione per tutto il periodo: 01.02.2017 - 30.06.2017
Consegna modulo cessione: dal 01 settembre 2016 al 28 ottobre 2016 ore 13.00 personalmente
all’Ufficio Servizi agli Studenti/ ISU Bocconi.
Conferma di avvenuta cessione da parte dell’Università: 5 Dicembre 2016; successivamente al 5
dicembre 2016 sarà possibile accettare ulteriori richieste, ma solo in caso di cessione della camera a uno
studente bocconiano.
SI PRECISA CHE:
• Le camere verranno cedute a studenti scambisti in base alle tipologie di camera richieste.
All’interno della medesima tipologia verrà seguito l’ordine cronologico della consegna
dell’apposito modulo.
• In caso di cessione della camera a uno studente bocconiano e a una successiva rinuncia totale
o parziale da parte del subentrante, la responsabilità del pagamento per eventuali periodi in cui
l’alloggio è inutilizzato resta in carico allo studente titolare dell’alloggio;
• Gli studenti che segnaleranno la propria disponibilità non potranno ritirare la propria richiesta di
cessione dell’alloggio oltre la data ultima prevista per la consegna del modulo nemmeno in caso
di rinuncia all’attività all’estero, potranno però riprendere possesso dell’alloggio in caso di
mancata assegnazione da parte del Servizio Relazioni Internazionali.
• Lo studente che cede la camera è tenuto a fare domanda on-line di conferma alloggio e relativa
accettazione per l’anno accademico 2016-17 pena la decadenza dal beneficio.• Per gli studenti che alloggiano in una camera con bagno in comune sarà possibile segnalare solo il nominativo di un altro studente dello stesso sesso iscritto all’Università Bocconi. • Lo studente titolare di alloggio che cede la camera non avrà la possibilità di compilare il modulo online di check-out anticipato durante il periodo della cessione.
SUBLEASE ROOM APPLICATION FOR BOCCONI RESIDENTS PARTICIPATING IN
INTERNATIONAL STUDY ABROAD OR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS:
REQUIREMENTS AND REGULATIONS
WHO CAN SUBLEASE A ROOM:
Bocconi Residents who take part in International Study Abroad or Internship programs recognized
by Università Bocconi (including Free-mover programs and self-initiated internships) can offer their
room to be subleased to Università Bocconi for incoming exchange students or arrange for another
Bocconi student enrolled in the AY 2016-17 to sublease the room for the period of the International
Study Abroad or Internship program. The Bocconi student subletting the resident’s assigned room
will not have to comply with the merit or economic requirements for the 2016-17 academic year.
Please note that for residents who would like to sublease their room for the first semester,
subletting to a Bocconi student will be possible only if the room is not subleased to an exchange
student; whereas, residents who would like to sublease their room for the second semester will
have the option to indicate a Bocconi student which will take priority over the subleasing of the
room to an exchange student.
INSTALLMENTS AND RATES APPLIED
If the room has been assigned at full rate the student subleasing the room will be charged the full
rate for the room. If the room has been assigned at a reduced rate and the student subleasing the
room has been assigned an ISU Bracket for the 2016-17 academic year, he or she will pay
according to the ISU bracket assigned to him or her for the 2016-17 academic year. If the Bocconi
student has not been assigned a ISU bracket he or she will pay the full rate for the room.
Residents who sublease their room for one of the periods indicated above will pay on a monthly
base for the months their room is not subleased.
RENEWAL FOR THE AY 2016-17
Students who renew their assigned room for the 2016-17 academic year but leave it earlier (before
July 22nd, 2017) and permanently during the academic year to participate in International Study
Abroad or Internship programs recognized by Università Bocconi will need to fill out the online
check-out form at least 20 days prior to their final check-out date. It will be possible to request that
their housing deposit be refunded when filling out the online check-out form.
Students who do not renew their assigned room for the 2016-17 academic year will need leave their
assigned room permanently by 12:00 in July 24th, 2016 and complete the online check-out form. It
will be possible to request that their housing deposit be refunded when filling out the online check-
out form

FIRST SEMSTER / FALL 2016-17
Period of sublease: 23/08/2016 - 24/12/2016
Deadline to submit sublease application to the Housing Center/ISU Bocconi Office:
June 1st, 2016 1 PM (Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted)
Notice of sublease (Yes or No): July 4th, 2016
SECOND SEMESTER / SPRING 2016-17
Period of sublease: 01/02/2017 – 30/06/2017
Deadline to submit sublease application to the Housing Center/ISU Bocconi Office:
September 1st, 2016 – October 28th, 2016 1 PM
Notice of sublease (Yes or No): December 5th, 2016; after December 5th, it will be possible to accept
room sublease applications, however, only for subleases to Bocconi students.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Rooms will be subleased to incoming exchange students based on the room types requested.
Within the type requested the chronological order of the submission in which the relevant form
will be followed.
• In the event that a subleased rooms arrangement is cancelled, in part or in full, by the Bocconi
student subleasing the room, the payment of the room for the periods in which it is not used is
the responsibility of the resident officially assigned the room for the 2016-17 academic year.
• Residents subleasing their room will not be allowed to withdraw their offer after the deadline
set for the submission of the form even in the event of that their international study abroad or
internship program cancelled. If the room, however, is not subleased by the International
Relations Department he/she will be able to make use of his/her assigned room.
• Residents who intend to lease their rooms are required to apply and complete their application
for the renewal of their housing assignment, in accordance with the 2016-17 Housing
application requirements and regulations and accept their housing assignment for the AY
2016-17.
• Residents who would like to sublease a room which shares a bathroom with another resident
may only indicate a student of the same sex as a potential sublet.
• Students who sublease their room will not be eligible for an early checkout prior to or during

In caso di cessione della camera a uno studente Bocconiano sarà possibile consegnare il modulo
successivamente al 5 dicembre 2016. Inoltre, in caso di cessione a uno studente Bocconiano è possibile
modificare il periodo di cessione comunicando le date della cessione accordate fra gli interessati all’Ufficio
Housing Center.
Room sublease forms will be accepted after December 5th, 2016 for subleases to Bocconi Students. Also,
for subleases to Bocconi Students it is possible to change the sublease period communicating the period
agreed upon by both parties to the Housing Center.

CONDIZIONI/ TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
Il sottoscritto dichiara di aver preso visione del “regolamento cessione temporanea alloggi per
programmi internazionali o stage a.a. 2016-17” e dichiara di essere consapevole delle norme ed
accettarle. In particolare:
• Che qualora la camera non venisse utilizzata o lo studente subentrante rinunciasse all’occupazione,
la relativa retta alloggio resterà a carico dello studente titolare dell’alloggio;
• Che gli studenti che segnaleranno la propria disponibilità non potranno ritirare la propria richiesta di
cessione della camera per nessun motivo (inclusa la rinuncia alla partecipazione al programma)
oltre la data ultima prevista per la consegna del modulo, potranno però riprendere possesso
dell’alloggio in caso di mancata assegnazione da parte del Servizio Relazioni Internazionali
• Che lo studente titolare di alloggio che cede la camera è tenuto a fare domanda on-line di conferma
dell’alloggio e relativa accettazione di assegnazione per l’A.A. 2016-17.
• Lo studente titolare di alloggio che cede la camera non avrà la possibilità di compilare il modulo
online di check-out anticipato durante il periodo della cessione.
I confirm that I have carefully read, understood and agree to the “2016-17 sublease room application
for Bocconi Residents participating in International Study Abroad or Internship Programs”. In particular
I am aware that:
• If my assigned room is not leased to exchange students or the incoming student indicated above
withdraws, the obligation of the payment of the rent will remain mine.
• Students leasing their room will not be allowed to withdraw their offer after the deadline set for the
submission of the form even if participation in the international program or stage is cancelled. If the
room, however, is not subleased by the International Relations Department he/she will be able to
make use of his/her assigned room.
• Students who intend to lease the room are obliged to apply online for the confirmation of the room
and accept the allocation for the AY 2016-17.
• Students leasing their room will not be eligible for an early checkout prior to or during the sublease
period.
