Amiamo raccontare la storia della “vecchia Europa” attraverso le nostre collezioni che qui Vi presentiamo. La storia ci insegna che nei grandi palazzi d’epoca e nei nobili castelli la pavimentazione era concepita in le- gno e declinata con i disegni più vari. Da qui nasce la nostra idea “Chate- aux” che Vi proponiamo in quadrotte e geometrie, in diverse essenze e co- lori. Realizzazioni di alta artigianalità, pro- dotte a mano dai nostri esperti eba- nisti, con finiture personalizzate per trasmettere l’eleganza e la bellezza dei nostri storici ambienti. We love telling the story of “old Euro- pe” through our collections presented here. History teaches us that in ancient bu- ildings and in noble castles flooring was conceived in wood and declined with the most varied designs. Hence our idea “Chateaux” that we submit you in tiles and geometries, in different species and colors. Realizations of high craftsmanship, produced by hand by our wood experts, with custom finishes to con- vey the elegance and beauty of our historic interiors.

Quotazioni: franco partenza Nord Est Italia
Prices: ex works North East Italy
Pagamento: acconto da concordarsi all’ordine, saldo a presentazione fattura (alla partenza del materiale)
Payment: deposit at signed contract, balance at invoice receprion (departure goods)
Tempi di consegna: da definirsi in fase di conferma ordine – indicativamente in 30-40 giorni dall’ordine
Delivery: will be defined at the order confirmation – generally within 30 – 40 days to the order
Imballo: su bancale adeguatamente confezionato e protetto
Packaging: On well protected and packaged pallet

1. Prezzi - Prices
I prezzi riportati sono da intendersi al netto di IVA; essi potranno essere variati in qualsiasi momento qualora avvenissero aumenti di costo delle materie Prime o della
manodopera, compreso il trasporto, i cambi di valuta e dazi doganali. I prezzi sono da intendersi franco partenza.
Prices do not include VAT; we reserve the right to adapt prices to reflect any increase in our costs for any reason beyond our control, such as shortage of primary material
or labor, transportation, duties and exchange rate. Prices are ex-works.
2. Ordini - Orders
Gli ordini vanno comunicati e confermati in forma scritta via mail; non vengono presi in considerazione ordini comunicati oralmente. Il venditore non prende in conside-
razione reclami per mancata consegna o ritardi su ordini non firmati dal compratore.
Order confirmation must be communicated and confirmed via email; verbal agreements will not be taken into consideration. Complaints related to delays or undelivered
goods will be disregarded if the order has not been signed.
3. Tempi di consegna - Terms of delivery
Le tempistiche di consegna saranno definite al momento dell’ordine.
Delivery times will be fixed at order confirmation.
4. Reclami - Complaints
Eventuali reclami relativi allo stato d’imballo, quantità, numero o caratteristiche esteriori dei prodotti devono, pena decadenza, essere immediatamente contestati al
trasportatore per iscritto sul documento di consegna e notificati entro 5 giorni tramite lettera raccomandata A.R. a TT Project Inernational S.R.O..
Eventuali reclami relativi a difetti non individuabili al momento del ricevimento devono comunque essere comunicati al venditore entro 8 giorni tramite raccomanda A.R.
In caso contrario non viene riconosciuto alcun indennizzo. I reclami non pregiudicano in alcun modo l’adempimento delle condizioni di pagamento concordate. L’utiliz-
zazione del materiale da parte del compratore costituisce suo riconoscimento che lo stesso è perfetto, nonché rinuncia a qualsiasi contestazione.
Una volta posata la merce, nessuna contestazione potrà essere formulata.
The buyer needs to check the goods for conformity upon delivery. Complaints relating to apparent defects must be communicated to the seller through a recorded-deli-

cing payments is expressly excluded. Once the buyer has employed the material, he recognizes the material is flawless.
5. Danni - Damages
Una volta che il trasportatore abbia scaricato la merce la cura della stessa diviene subitaneamente responsabilità dell’acquirente. Il compratore sarà totalmente re-
sponsabile dei danni causati a merci conservate in maniera o luogo non adeguato. Il venditore non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni alle merci procurati dalla
negligenza dell’acquirente prima e dopo la posa o per trattamenti di mantenimento errati.
All risks relating to the goods are transferred to the buyer at the moment of delivery. The buyer is required to exercise due care in the storage of the goods, and to have
them adequately insured against the risks as are customary. The seller is not responsible for damages due to inexpert and/or negligent use, insufficient and/or improper
maintenance, and incorrect laying.
6. Colorazione, tono, finiture - Colour features
I colori e la tonalità dei materiali compresi nel presente listino devono intendersi come approssimativi, così come quelli relativi a campioni o pannelli. Per quanto concerne
il parquet l’uniformità e la corrispondenza di colore, tono, crepe e nodi possono variare da partita a partita.
Parquet floor parts are products of nature, thus, variation in colour and structure cannot be avoided. For that reason minor deviations in quality, colour, and finish, as
considered acceptable in the industry shall be allowed.
7. Pagamenti - Payments terms
Le condizioni di pagamento sono concordate di volta in volta tra il venditore e l’acquirente.
Payment terms may vary according to the agreed upon method between seller and buyer.
8. Insoluti - Past due
Il mancato o ritardato pagamento anche di una sola delle rate convenute in conferma d’ordine comporterà per l’acquirente la decadenza automatica del beneficio del
termine e la TT Project International S.R.O. potrà agire alternativamente, a sua insindacabile scelta, richiedere il pagamento immediato dell’intera somma o ritirare le merci
per semplice intimazione, facendo carico al cliente di spese trasporto o danni nel caso il materiale risultasse rovinato.
If the buyer does not effect payment within the period of time as provided for, he will be subject to the acceleration clause. If the seller asserts this right he will be entitled
to either demand an advance payment or collect the goods delivered. In addition, any freights due will be charged (transportation and/or goods reparation if needed).
9. Contenziosi - Disputes
Per qualsiasi controversia sarà competente in via esclusiva il foro Praga (Repubblica Ceca).
Any disputes will be settled exclusively by the competent court of Praga (Repubblica Ceca).
