Si fa seguito all’Avviso n. 18595 del 14 settembre u.s. che illustra la trasformazione del
Segmento OICR aperti diversi dagli ETF del mercato ETFplus in sistema multilaterale di
negoziazione denominato ATFund.
La Guida ai Parametri è pertanto modificata a seguito dell’espunzione della disciplina di tale
segmento.
Le modifiche entrano in vigore il primo ottobre 2018.

DOTAZIONE DI ACCESSO PER GLI OPERATORI SPECIALISTI
Ai sensi dell’articolo 3.3.2, comma 2 del Regolamento, dell’articolo 1451 del Mercato Borsa
Italiana Equity MTF, dell’articolo 1451 del Regolamento ExtraMOT, dell’articolo 1451 del
Regolamento AIM/Mercato Alternativo del Capitale, dell’articolo 1451 del Regolamento
ATFund e dell’articolo 1451 del Regolamento Sedex, si applicano i seguenti limiti tecnici
all’immissione delle proposte a seconda delle configurazioni di accesso al mercato
prescelte, secondo quanto di seguito indicato:

Following the Notice no. 18595 of 14 September 2018 which illustrates the transformation of
the open end CIUs Segment other than ETFs in the multilateral trading facility denominated
ATFund.
The Guide to the Parameters has therefore been amended following the deletion of the
discipline of this Segment.
The amendments enter into force on the 1st October 2018.
