pervenute: le iscrizioni dovranno essere inoltrate a mezzo email scrivendo a sarisilvano@gmail.com con la
descrizione della classificazione para-taekwondo.

ISCRIZIONI

Le iscrizioni si chiuderanno ore 24.00 del 27 ottobre o al raggiungimento del limite massimo di atleti
previsto di n.900 (sabato massimo n.450 atleti, domenica massimo n.450 atleti).

Dovranno essere presentate esclusivamente tramite il sistema d’iscrizione on-line
http://www.tkdtechnology.it, allegando ricevuta di versamento della quota di iscrizione pari a €.30,00 ad
atleta (causale pagamento: “Gara Interregionale VENETO 2018”).

Nel caso di mancata ricezione della ricevuta di versamento, l'iscrizione verrà annullata. NON SARANNO
ACCETTATE ISCRIZIONI CON MODALITA' DIVERSE. Ogni associazione che non sia ancora inserita negli
elenchi di TKD Technology, DEVE riferire unicamente all’amministratore del sito per farsi aggiornare la
posizione.

PROGRAMMA Si rammenta che in caso particolari necessità organizzative il programma potrebbe subire delle variazioni.

Venerdì 9 novembre

        18:00-20:00 operazioni di peso presso la sede di gara per gli atleti in gara il sabato e rilascio pass

Sabato 10 novembre

        08:30: briefing e inizio gara
        18:00 Previsione di fine gara
        17:00-19:00 operazioni di peso per gli atleti in gara il domenica e rilascio pass

Domenica 11 novembre

        08:30: briefing e inizio gara
        18:00 Previsione di fine gara e premiazione società vincitrici

Gli incontri si disputeranno su 8 quadrati di gara con l'ausilio del sistema a Corazze Elettroniche Daedo –
TK-Strike, pertanto tutti gli atleti dovranno essere in possesso dei relativi calzari Daedo e di tutte le
Protezioni Obbligatorie OMOLOGATE, per la categoria CADETTI B è obbligatorio il caschetto con visiera
protettiva.

Premiazioni

        Medaglia Atleti 1° 2° 3°- 3° classificati per ogni categoria (sul quadrato a fine incontro)
        Coppa a Società Sportive 1^ 2^ 3^ 4^ classificata

Operazioni di peso

Venerdì dalle ore 18:00 alle ore 20:00: controllo documenti e operazione di peso per tutte le categorie in
gara sabato.

Sabato dalle ore 17:00 alle ore 19:00: controllo documenti e operazione di peso per tutte le categorie in
gara domenica.

NON si autorizzano sedi di peso al di fuori della sede di gara.

Alle operazioni di peso gli atleti dovranno essere in possesso di documento di identità, dichiarazione
liberatoria privacy, attestazione d’identità per minorenni, tesseramento 2018/2019 (Tessera Federale).

Prevista la Tassa di Cambio Categoria di €.10,00 da consegnare agli UdG durante le operazioni di peso.

Ritiro e restituzione protezioni elettroniche

Al punto d’ingresso ai campi di gara, sarà presente un punto di ritiro e consegna delle corazze. I caschetti
elettronici saranno sul campo di gara.

Gli atleti dovranno:

        presentarsi al punto di ritiro equipaggiamento due incontri prima del loro, con documento
         d’identità in corso di validità;

   consegnare il documento d’identità e ritirare la corazza. L'ingresso al campo di gara avverrà con il
        controllo del braccialetto che permetterà l’accesso all’atleta e al Coach che lo accompagna;
       disputato l’incontro, riconsegnare le protezioni ritirate, recuperare il documento d’identità.

Sicurezza

La gestione della sicurezza della gara e del controllo degli accessi al campo di gara sarà affidato ad una
società privata che avrà l’onere di verificare che tutto il personale interno al campo di gara sia
preventivamente accreditato e autorizzato all’accesso.

Potranno accedere al campo di gara unicamente gli atleti e i coach in procinto di iniziare un incontro.
Saranno quindi autorizzati ad entrare all’interno della zona campi, due incontri prima di quello per loro
stabilito. Terminato l’incontro, dovranno lasciare i campi di gara.

Ogni Atleta e Coach saranno provvisti di apposito braccialetto identificativo.

INFORMAZIONI FINALI

Alla manifestazione potranno partecipare tutte le società regolarmente affiliate alla FITA o ad altra
federazione nazionale ETU per l’anno sportivo in corso.

I coach dovranno essere in possesso d’idonea qualifica tecnica, ed in regola con il tesseramento per l’anno
in corso.

Gli atleti dovranno essere in regola con il tesseramento e con la certificazione sanitaria per l’idoneità
agonistica.

Per tutte le modalità di svolgimento delle operazioni preliminari, nonché per la regolamentare disputa degli
incontri, saranno applicate e faranno fede le attuali norme e modi stabiliti dal Regolamento Federale FITA e
Taekwondo Federation.

Il comitato organizzativo si riserva la possibilità di accorpare e/o modificare alcune categorie qualora sia
necessario, tutto verificabile preventivamente dalle parti interessate dai tabulati pubblicati in tempo reale.

Tutti gli atleti, allenatori e ufficiali di gara, partecipano alla manifestazione a proprio rischio. Il Comitato
Organizzatore non si ritiene responsabile di eventuali danni a persone, cose materiali, ect. Ogni Società è
responsabile dei propri atleti sia economicamente, civilmente e penalmente di eventuali danni provocati
durante la manifestazione a cose e persone fuori dal quadrato di gara.

Con la domanda di iscrizione al Campionato si ritengono accettate e sottoscritte le suddette condizioni.

       PARA-TAEKWONDO CATEGORIES

Information about the Para Taekwondo Categories will be made available on the
http://www.tkdtechnology.it portal upon completion of the registration procedure and based on the
applications received. To register, please send an email to sarisilvano@gmail.com specifying the Para
Taekwondo classification.

REGISTRATION

Registration closes on October, 27th 2018 at midnight or once the maximum number of athletes (900) has
been reached (max. 450 athletes on Saturday and max. 450 athletes on Sunday).

Registration is only admitted online via http://www.tkdtechnology.it; remember to attach your receipt
attesting to payment of the registration fee of €.30,00 per athlete (reason for the payment: “Gara
Interregionale VENETO 2018”).

Failure to attach the payment receipt will result in the cancellation of your registration. NO ALTERNATIVE
REGISTRATION METHODS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Any teams or clubs not currently listed with TKD Technology
MUST contact exclusively the site manager to update their position. .

Friday, November 9th 2018

        6:00-8:00 p.m. on-site weigh-in session for athletes competing on Saturday; passes will also be
         issued at this time

Saturday, November 10 th 2018

         8:30 a.m.: briefing ; the competition will start after the briefing
         6:00 p.m. end of competition - day 1 - (estimated time)
          5:00- 7:00 p.m. weigh-in session for athletes competing on Sunday; passes will be issued at this
         time

Sunday, November 11th 2018

         8:30 a.m: briefing; the competition will start after the briefing
         6:00 p.m. end of competition (estimated time) and Award Ceremony

The matches will take place on 8 contest areas . TK-Strike electronic gear (trunk protector & headgear) by
Daedo will be used; all athletes, therefore, must wear Daedo sensing socks as well as the APPROVED
mandatory Protective Equipment. For Cadets B it is compulsory to wear the headgear with face mask.

Award Ceremony

        Medals for athletes: first, second and third place for each category (directly at the competition
         area, at the end of the match)
        Trophy for sports club: first, second, third and fourth place

Weigh-in sessions

Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.: document check and weigh-in for all categories competing on Saturday

Saturday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.: document check and weigh-in for all categories competing on Sunday

NO weigh-in may be performed outside the competition venue.

Athletes must reach the weigh-in area equipped with their Identity Document, a privacy disclamer, an ID
certificate if underage, and their 2018/2019 membership card (Federation membership). Any change in
weight class will be subject to a €.10.00 fee, to be paid directly on-site during the weigh-in session

Collection and return of electronic gear

Electronic trunk protectors will be delivered to athletes before entering the competition court (e-gear
collection/return area); electronic headgear, instead, will be available directly at the competition area.

The athletes shall:

        reach the e-equipment collection area two matches before their contest and bring with them a
         valid ID document;
        deliver their ID document and collect the e-trunk protectors. To enter the competition area
         athletes and coaches will be required to show their ID wristbands;

   return the e-gear and recover their ID documents (@collection area) once the match is over.

Security

Security during the competition, as well as access control to the contest areas, will be outsourced to a
private security company, responsible for ensuring that only accredited and authorised staff gain access to
the competition court.

Only athletes who are going to start their matches - accompanied by their coaches - shall be admitted to
the competition court. They will be allowed to enter the competition area two matches before their
scheduled contest. Once the match is over they shall leave the competition court.

All athletes and coaches shall wear their ID wristband.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Only the teams and clubs regularly registered with FITA or with any other ETU National Federation for the
current year shall be allowed to participate in the competition.

All coaches must have a suitable official coaching qualification and be up to date with their Federation
membership for the current year.

Athletes must be up to date with their membership and hold a valid health certificate for competitive
sports activities.

The Competition Rules and Standards set forth by FITA and WTF - and currently in force - shall
apply to both the preliminary procedures and the official competition, in order to ensure their
regular development.

If deemed necessary, the Organising Committee reserves the right to regroup and/or change some weight
categories. All changes are subject to preliminary checks by the interested parties, who shall have access to
the draw lots, published in real time.

All athletes, coaches, referees and judges agree to participate in the competition at their own risk. The
Organising Committee assumes no responsibility for personal or material damages. Every team or club is
liable for their athletes from a pecuniary, civil and criminal point of views should any damage to people or
things occur during the event outside the contest area.
