Obiettivi →
L'Avviso intende attivare una collaborazione mediante co-progettazione, volta alla realizzazione di
Progetti che dovranno avere ad oggetto i seguenti ambiti tematici:
1. contrasto alle mafie e legalità: gli interventi proporranno percorsi educativi finalizzati al contrasto ad
ogni forma di sopruso e sopraffazione, ad ogni comportamento o atteggiamento che violi o eluda le
prescrizioni normative
2. inclusione: gli interventi proporranno percorsi educativi finalizzati alla partecipazione e al
coinvolgimento di tutti gli studenti, con l’obiettivo di valorizzare al meglio il potenziale di apprendimento
di ciascun alunno e di elaborare strategie a supporto degli allievi che si trovino in situazioni di
svantaggio socio-culturale, anche con background migratorio, degli allievi che presentino difficoltà di
apprendimento tali da comportare il rischio di insuccesso formativo e di abbandono, degli alunni con
bisogni educativi speciali e degli alunni con disabilità
3. sostenibilità e transizione ecologica: gli interventi proporranno percorsi educativi per sensibilizzare la
comunità scolastica all’acquisizione di stili di vita sostenibili. Le idee progettuali avranno ad oggetto
percorsi relativi alla progressiva transizione verso un modello di società che pone il proprio punto di
forza nella sostenibilità ambientale, sociale ed economica
4. promozione dell’internazionalizzazione dei percorsi formativi: le idee progettuali opereranno in uno
spazio formativo allargato ad altre realtà culturali, sociali, produttive, interculturali, attivando forme di
interrelazione con realtà formative di altri Paesi, come il gemellaggio con le scuole straniere, anche in
modalità virtuale
5. promozione del libro e della lettura: le idee progettuali prevederanno iniziative volte a sviluppare
nelle nuove generazioni l’interesse verso il libro e l’educazione alla lettura.
Le iniziative e i Progetti dovranno prevedere lo svolgimento, nella fase successiva di realizzazione, di
attività progettuali in almeno 2 Regioni, nonché il coinvolgimento di almeno 10 scuole.

Obiettivi → L'Avviso è finalizzato alla realizzazione di reti locali, sia cablate che wireless, all’interno delle istituzioni scolastiche. L’obiettivo è quello di dotare gli edifici scolastici di un’infrastruttura di rete capace di coprire gli spazi didattici e amministrativi delle scuole, nonché di consentire la connessione alla rete da parte del personale scolastico, delle studentesse e degli studenti, assicurando, altresì, il cablaggio degli spazi, la sicurezza informatica dei dati, la gestione e autenticazione degli accessi. La misura prevede la realizzazione di reti che possono riguardare singoli edifici scolastici o aggregati di edifici con il ricorso a tecnologie sia wired (cablaggio) sia wireless (WiFi), LAN e WLAN. Gli interventi ammissibili prevedono la realizzazione o il potenziamento delle reti locali cablate e wireless degli edifici scolastici, utilizzate dalle scuole a fini didattici e amministrativi, comprensivi di fornitura di materiali e strumenti per la realizzazione di cablaggi strutturati, fornitura e installazione di apparati attivi, switch, prodotti per l’accesso wireless, dispositivi per la sicurezza delle reti e servizi, compresi i dispositivi di autenticazione degli utenti (personale scolastico e studenti), fornitura e installazione di gruppi di continuità, posa in opera della fornitura ed eventuali piccoli interventi edilizi strettamente indispensabili e accessori. Excursus+ srl © 2021 bandi@excursusplus.it 3-08-2021Bandi Preferiti Excursus+ - Il Bando nella matassa Obiettivi → Il Bando intende promuovere e diffondere l’educazione e l’abitudine alla lettura espressiva “ad alta voce” attraverso la realizzazione di progetti che: - sostengano iniziative di promozione del libro e della lettura finalizzate al mantenimento, rafforzamento e sviluppo del tessuto sociale, attraverso la costruzione di reti e di rapporti che colleghino tutti i soggetti attivi nel territorio, allo scopo di rendere la lettura espressiva un’abitudine sociale diffusa e uno strumento di inclusione e partecipazione - favoriscano la costituzione di nuove filiere, al fine di sperimentare forme innovative nella gestione di attività di promozione della lettura - coniughino il valore formativo della lettura con la consapevolezza che essa sia un piacere da condividere e uno strumento in grado di favorire il pensiero critico e lo sviluppo sociale - coinvolgano e sensibilizzino alla lettura espressiva “ad alta voce” un pubblico esteso e diversificato, con particolare riguardo all’attivazione o al potenziamento di servizi culturali in favore di bambini, ragazzi e giovani, anche all’interno e all’esterno delle strutture scolastiche - favoriscano iniziative ed eventi, organizzati negli istituti e luoghi della cultura (es. biblioteche, archivi, teatri, musei, parchi archeologici, ecc.) e in tutti gli spazi destinati o destinabili allo spettacolo dal vivo, utili a sensibilizzare e coinvolgere le nuove generazioni anche attraverso forme di collaborazione con le istituzioni scolastiche Nello specifico e, il Bando si propone di sensibilizzare alla lettura espressiva “ad alta voce” anche trasmettendo opportune competenze, quali: - imparare a leggere “ad alta voce” - comprendere il valore della punteggiatura, in funzione espressiva, assimilandone le regole generali - prendere dimestichezza con la lingua italiana, attraverso il linguaggio della letteratura narrativa - favorire/sviluppare le capacità di analisi e comprensione del testo, andando oltre la scrittura per individuarne i significati ulteriori e favorendo l’esercizio della critica e della sintesi. L’iniziativa è rivolta a soggetti erogatori privati e a Enti del Terzo settore che intendono avviare un
percorso di collaborazione con l’impresa sociale, al fine di sostenere o realizzare interventi congiunti di
contrasto alla povertà educativa minorile su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Le iniziative devono essere realizzate da una partnership di almeno tre soggetti, di cui almeno due enti
del terzo settore (compreso il soggetto responsabile); gli altri soggetti della partnership, incluso l’ente
che si occuperà della valutazione di impatto, potranno appartenere anch’essi al mondo del terzo
settore, ovvero della scuola, delle istituzioni, dell’università, della ricerca e al mondo delle imprese.
Il processo di selezione sarà articolato in due fasi: presentazione dell’idea progettuale e successiva
progettazione esecutiva.
Nella prima fase, Con i Bambini procederà alla selezione delle idee progressivamente proposte, fino
ad esaurimento delle risorse disponibili. Le idee saranno esaminate in ordine cronologico e verranno
ammesse alla seconda fase di progettazione esecutiva solo quelle che:
- siano coerenti con gli obiettivi del Fondo in termini di contrasto della povertà educativa minorile e con
gli indirizzi approvati dal Comitato di indirizzo strategico
- dimostrino una coerenza generale tra bisogni, obiettivi, risorse previste e tempi di realizzazione,
evidenziando gli eventuali elementi di innovazione e/o sperimentazione rispetto alle tematiche già
affrontate dai bandi
- prevedano una durata complessiva fra i 36 e i 48 mesi
- siano realizzate da enti del terzo settore in partnership con almeno altri due soggetti
- evidenzino la disponibilità del cofinanziamento.
Excursus+ srl © 2021 bandi@excursusplus.it 3-08-2021Bandi Preferiti Excursus+ - Il Bando nella matassa Obiettivi → La terza edizione del bando intende perseguire due principali obiettivi: da un lato, attrarre risorse supplementari coerenti con le finalità del Fondo, dall’altro favorire un positivo confronto con le esperienze di altri soggetti, arricchendo reciprocamente la conoscenza, le pratiche e le esperienze sui temi relativi alla povertà educativa minorile. Oltre a perseguire un effetto leva delle risorse finanziarie a disposizione delle organizzazioni di terzo settore, il bando intende anche sperimentare forme di innovazione, sia negli ambiti di intervento sia nelle modalità operative o metodologiche scelte, nel contrasto delle forme di povertà educativa minorile. Le iniziative saranno classificate in due tipologie: 1. progetti proposti direttamente da enti del terzo settore e sostenuti, almeno al 50%, da uno o più cofinanziatore 2. rogetti da identificare congiuntamente con uno o più cofinanziatori (fino a un massimo di 2), attraverso percorsi di progettazione partecipata/condivisione o attraverso specifici bandi a evidenza pubblica promossi congiuntamente dai cofinanziatori e da Con i Bambini. For the most marginalized groups like refugees with disabilities, their digital inclusion represents more than ever a gateway to efficient access to vital protection services, participation in humanitarian programming, increasing livelihood opportunities and facilitates integration Interventions will take into consideration the specific barriers faced by people with disability such as communication challenges or lack of digital literacy, as found in the GSMA study. As such proposed interventions might address some of the following priorities (but not limited to): - Tackling access and affordability roadblocks: Persons with disabilities usually have lower income than their nondisabled peers; thus, in many cases, the cost of a device and connectivity services can be burdensome. There may be other access issues relating to devices covering both hardware and software. Exploring initiatives with local service providers and phone manufacturers can provide opportunities to facilitate access to connectivity. - Accessible information and engagement mechanisms: To guarantee effective information-sharing among people of concern with disabilities, content has to be developed, presented and shared through modalities and channels preferred by this vulnerable group. Making vital protection content and participation methods accessible across all disability constituencies ensures an accountable humanitarian response. - Building digital skills: Many persons with disabilities, their families and disability service providers, especially in low and middle income countries, are not aware of the range of accessible online tools available and how these can be used. Ensuring that persons with disabilities can effectively make use of them is paramount to ensure a meaningful online engagement. - Enhancing livelihoods opportunities: The global digitalization trend of the labour market can positively impact the access of refugees with disabilities to job opportunities. Connectivity can underpin the promotion of income generation activities online to achieve independent living, social and economic inclusion for persons with disabilities. - the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) linked to the Member States

Consortium
Unless otherwise provided for in the specific call conditions, legal entities forming a consortium are
eligible to participate in actions provided that the consortium includes:
- at least 1 independent legal entity established in a Member State; and
- at least 2 other independent legal entities, each established in different Member States or Associated
Countries.
Proposals should actively engage with a range of stakeholders, such as social partners, civil society,
citizens, research practitioners, industry and public authorities. International cooperation is encouraged
in order to better achieve the expected outcomes.

Projects are expected to address some of the following points: To examine the contribution of modern theoretical frameworks of feminist thought and gender analysis – including, e.g., care ethics, ecofeminism, intersectional theory and inclusive feminism, queer theory, masculinity studies –, as well as activism and political practices, to the renewal of fundamental political concepts like equality, identity, solidarity, order, security, individual and collective rights, participation, dialogue, etc. in modern democratic contexts across the EU and beyond. - Research should investigate the strategies and effects of anti-gender and anti-feminist mobilisations in the EU and beyond – including, e.g., the use of traditional and social media, online hate speech and harassment, demonstrations, as well as restrictions to academic freedom – and their connections with the positioning of extreme populist discourses, political actors and traditionalist religious movements. Based on the evidence collected and analysed, proposals should develop approaches and methods to effectively ‘engender’ democracy and spaces of democratic participation and governance, taking into account intersections between gender and other social categories such social class, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion etc. in European societies (intersectionality), and practically counteract anti-gender equality and anti-feminist discursive strategies and backlash tactics. Projects are expected to contribute to both of the following expected outcomes: - Promote gender equality theoretically and practically through policy recommendations, tools, and solutions for civil society organisations and other stakeholders. As a result, support the quality of democratic governance in more inclusive European societies. - Understand how feminism and gender are used in extreme populist discourses, and counter gender- equality repressive strategies and policies. Research and innovation actions (RIA) — Activities that aim primarily to establish new knowledge or to explore the feasibility of a new or improved technology, product, process, service or solution. This may include basic and applied research, technology development and integration, testing, demonstration and validation of a small-scale prototype in a laboratory or simulated environment. Obiettivi →
La “Call for Regions – Carta E 2021” intende:
A) coinvolgere le sette “Region” di UniCredit nell’individuazione sul territorio di progetti di solidarietà a
supporto dell’infanzia; Le Region sono le strutture organizzative di UniCredit deputate a gestire i
rapporti della banca sul territorio italiano secondo la ripartizione geografica di seguito riportata:
- Region Nord Ovest: Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta
- Region Lombardia: Lombardia
- Region Nord Est: Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige
- Region Centro Nord: Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Marche, Umbria
- Region Centro: Lazio, Sardegna, Molise, Abruzzo
- Region Sud: Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria
- Region Sicilia: Sicilia
B) prestare attenzione alle esigenze del territorio e alle iniziative che vengono sviluppate
C) sostenere i progetti locali che meglio esprimono la sensibilità delle loro comunità rispetto al tema
dell’infanzia.
I progetti candidati dovranno:
1. esprimere in modo compiuto le sensibilità delle comunità che fanno capo alla Region di riferimento
nei confronti del tema dell’infanzia
2. essere indirizzati esclusivamente al sostegno dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza, rivolgendosi quindi ad
una fascia di età che va dalla nascita al compimento della maggiore età
3. presentare una valenza locale rispetto alla Region cui sono proposti, nel senso che i benefici di
questi progetti dovranno andare a favore delle comunità che fanno riferimento alle rispettive Region
4. essere promossi esclusivamente da Enti non profit, costituiti in data antecedente al 31 dicembre
2019
5. prevedere una durata massima di 12 mesi, con avvio entro 3 mesi dalla firma dell’Accordo.
La Call selezionerà fino a un massimo di tre progetti per Region.

La Call è riservata esclusivamente a Enti Non Profit del Terzo Settore che presentino progetti di
applicazione nazionale, o locale ma scalabili.
Obiettivi →
Unicredit Foundation intende contribuire a creare condizioni maggiormente favorevoli per tutti i minori
che si trovino in situazioni di malattia, disabilità, disagio, isolamento, discriminazione o ineguaglianza.
Nello specifico, la Call intende sostenere iniziative in uno dei seguenti ambiti:
1. educazione
2. inclusione sociale
3. disabilità
4. salute
5. ricerca scientifica pediatrica
I progetti dovranno:
- essere promossi esclusivamente da Enti non profit costituiti in data antecedente al 31 dicembre 2019
- essere indirizzati esclusivamente al sostegno dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza, rivolgendosi quindi ad
una fascia di età che va dalla nascita al compimento della maggiore età
- presentare una valenza nazionale ovvero locale ma scalabile, fornendo un’adeguata analisi del
contesto e dell’area geografica di intervento
- essere realizzati entro i 12 mesi dall’avvio

Obiettivi →
The #BeInclusive EU sport Awards 2021 aim to reward the best projects that have successfully
supported social inclusion through sport. Projects can include disadvantaged, marginalized or
underprivileged groups such as individuals with difficult social, economic or educational backgrounds,
people with a disability, health problems, or cultural differences such as migrants, refugees, people
belonging to ethnic minorities or suffering geographical barriers, etc. Besides rewarding specific
organisations, the award of prizes will also give visibility and support the dissemination of innovative
ideas, initiatives and best practices throughout Europe.
Scope:
To reward projects that show resilience, giving examples of how to overcome obstacles to participation.

Any legal entity, regardless of its place of establishment, including legal entities from nonassociated third
countries or international organisations (including international European research organisations ) is eligible
to participate.
To be eligible for funding, applicants must be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
- the Member States of the European Union, including their outermost regions
- the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) linked to the Member States
- eligible non-EU countries:
- countries associated to Horizon Europe
- low- and middle-income countries
- International European research organisations are eligible to receive funding
Consortium
Unless otherwise provided for in the specific call conditions, legal entities forming a consortium are eligible to
participate in actions provided that the consortium includes:
- at least 1 independent legal entity established in a Member State; and
- at least 2 other independent legal entities, each established in different Member States or Associated
Countries.
Specific conditions
This topic requires the active involvement, as beneficiaries, of at least 2 Police Authorities and at least 2 Civil
Society Organisations (CSOs) from at least 3 different EU Member States or Associated countries. For these
participants, applicants must fill in the table “Eligibility information about practitioners” in the application form
with all the requested information, following the template provided in the submission IT tool.
Some activities, resulting from this topic, may involve using classified background and/or producing of
security sensitive results (EUCI and SEN). Please refer to the related provisions in section B Security — EU
classified and sensitive information of the General Annexes.

However, the ratio of cases that are effectively reported to Police Authorities is very low. Needs from proposal, to be performed in a lawful and ethical manner while protecting fundamental rights, such as privacy and protection of personal data, are as follows: - building on the previous works (such as the H2020 project IMPRODOVA or projects funded under the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme), there is a need to improve current European approaches to fight domestic and sexual violence (prevent, locate, report and collect evidence) using innovative technological solutions, such as by enriching existing risk analysis tools with real-time data obtained through technological means, that will reduce both the amount of human resources to be committed and the response time; - innovation regarding further developments and improvements of automated, interactive tools such as chatbots that would help and stimulate victims to report cases of domestic abuse and/or sexual violence to the police; - develop innovative technological solutions aimed at finding the source of these videos, identifying offenders, and finding victims, specifically related to the cases of multiple abuse by groups of offenders that share their crimes through mobile devices or via social media; - development of modern and effective awareness raising campaigns for Police Authorities and relevant Civil Society Organisations to pass key messages to potential victims, as well as wide communities, while taking into account European multicultural dimension. - development of modern and novel approaches to support victim assistance services of Police Authorities and relevant Civil Society Organisations in providing efficient protection and help to victims. Proposals are expected to address one of the following options: Option A: Domestic violence Option B: Sexual violence Coordination of the successful proposals from the two options is encouraged so as to avoid duplication and to exploit complementarities as well as opportunities for increased impact. Activities are expected to achieve TRL 6-7 by the end of the project. Projects’ results are expected to contribute to some or all of the following outcomes: - Improved prevention, detection and investigation of domestic violence and sexual assaults, including collection of court-proof crime evidence, which take into account European multicultural dimension, legal and ethical rules of operation, as well as fundamental rights such as privacy, protection of personal data and anonymity of victims; - Enriched European common approaches applied by Police Authorities to fight domestic and sexual violence relying on the synergy of technology, the latest socio-psychological knowledge learned from cases and the field experience of Police Authorities and entities dealing with victims; - Novel, safe, lawful and efficient solutions applied by security practitioners and policy-makers to protect victims of domestic or sexual violence, along with a proper assessment methodology to validate the approach; - Increased awareness of citizens regarding domestic and sexual violence; - Improved support in shaping and tuning of regulation on domestic violence and on sexual violence by security policy-makers, which also includes GDPR-compliant IT tools in the procedures; - Increased use, by victims, of automated, interactive tools (e.g., chatbots) to report cases of domestic abuse and/or sexual violence to the police; - Improved skills, tools and training curricula for Police Authorities and Civil Society Organisations to prevent and combat domestic and sexual violence; - Identification and development of new concepts, innovative approaches and pioneering practices pertaining to alternatives to imprisonment for offenders to reduce recidivism and, therefore, support the fight against crime. Innovation actions (IA) - Activities that aim directly to produce plans and arrangements or designs for new, altered or improved products, processes or services. Excursus+ srl © 2021 bandi@excursusplus.it 3-08-2021Bandi Preferiti Excursus+ - Il Bando nella matassa Obiettivi → Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), including the increasing amount of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) detected online as well as the online solicitation of children for sexual purposes, remains a serious threat. During the first wave of the global pandemic of COVID-19, there was an increased online activity in dedicated forums by offenders exploiting opportunities to engage with children who were more vulnerable due to isolation, greater online exposure and less supervision. This further highlighted the importance of CSE prevention, early detection and effective actions, both online and offline. Proposals should: - Better understand the process leading to offending in all its various forms (e.g. from watching CSAM to sexually abusing a child), i.e. what triggers the behaviour of potential offenders, which approaches in addressing their behaviour work and which not, which profiles of offenders can be generated, etc. - Provide a deeper understanding of the prevalence of these crimes as well as the prevalence of persons with a sexual interest in children. - Develop methods for evaluating proposed solutions. - Give special care to ethics and fundamental rights protection throughout the research and the solutions proposed. Projects’ results are expected to contribute to some or all of the following outcomes: - Increased understanding of security practitioners and policy-makers of the prevalence and of the process leading to child sexual abuse and child sexual exploitation; - Enhanced understanding of the characteristics and key differences between offending and non- offending Minor Attracted Persons; - Innovative and effective solutions, including training curricula, are validated and adopted by European Police Authorities and relevant Civil Society Organisations to prevent, detect and effectively act on child sexual exploitation, both offline and online, by providing necessary assistance to potential offenders, as well as by providing adequate preventative campaigns to reach vulnerable groups; - Developed cross-culturally validated risk assessment tools for child sexual offenders; Enhanced perception by the citizens that Europe is an area of freedom, justice and security thanks to increased security of children; - Improved cooperation between European Police Authorities and relevant Civil Society Organisations in preventing this form of crime, taking into account fundamental rights; - Improved evidence-based policy-making related to the prevention of child sexual exploitation. To ensure a balanced portfolio, grants will be awarded to applications not only in order of ranking but at least also to those that are the highest ranked within set topics, provided that the applications attain all thresholds. Research and innovation actions (RIA) — Activities that aim primarily to establish new knowledge or to explore the feasibility of a new or improved technology, product, process, service or solution. This may include basic and applied research, technology development and integration, testing, demonstration and validation of a small-scale prototype in a laboratory or simulated environment.
