Non si evadono ordini inferiori a C 500,00 IVA esclusa. Rispettare le quantità minime indicate nelle confezioni.
PAGAMENTO
Al verificarsi di un mancato pagamento nei termini concordati, tutti gli ordini in portafoglio saranno sospesi senza necessità di preavviso e ritenuti annullati
per colpa della ditta acquirente, fatto salvo il risarcimento dei danni.
SPEDIZIONI
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Committente. Il destinatario è tenuto a controllare la merce in arrivo e a contestare eventuali danni direttamente
al vettore anche nel caso di merce recapitata in «Porto Franco»,entro 7 giorni dal ricevimento della stessa mediante Raccomandata A.R.
FORO COMPETENTE
Il tribunale di Bergamo avrà competenza giurisdizionale ed esclusiva a dirimere tutte le controversie insorgenti.

COLOMBO DESIGN SpA reserves itself faculty to modify prices, general sales conditions and articles in any moment without possibility of judgement

ORDERS
Any order has to be submitted to Company approval and is totally and in its integrity related to the following sales conditions.
The orders are considered confirmed at prices and under terms in force at date of order and acceptation is submitted to the Colombo Design SpA approval.
The minimum purchase order is C 500,00, and no lower partial shipment will be made. Please respect minimum quantity indicated on packaging.
PAYMENT TERMS
In case of payment delay within agreed terms, all the pending confirmed orders will be suspended without necessity of pre-warning and considered
cancelled under buyer fault, refund of damages is anyway considered.
LAW COURT
Bergamo law court has jurisdiction in any disputes arising.R
