ORARI DI APERTURA Nira Spa di Pure Altitude è aperto per i trattamenti dalle 09.00 alle 20.00, 7 giorni la settimana. La zona umida e l’area fitness sono accessibili ai nostri ospiti dalle 08.00 alle 20.00. Ci dispiace non poterci assumere alcuna responsabilità per incidenti o danni subiti in assenza del personale del centro benessere. Infatti, al vostro ingresso in Spa firmerete una liberatoria, con lo scarico di responsabilità. I ragazzi sopra all'età di 16 anni possono godere di servizi dal nostro menu trattamenti e fitness. Per i bambini più piccoli chiediamo gentilmente la presenza e la collaborazione del genitore. APPUNTAMENTI Chiediamo di arrivare almeno 15 minuti prima dell'inizio del trattamento. Consigliamo sempre l’utilizzo della Wet area prima di qualsiasi trattamento per trarre maggior beneficio attraverso l’esfoliazione delicata di sauna/bagno turco. A titolo di cortesia nei confronti degli altri ospiti e in modo da poter rispettare gli orari, chiediamo gentilmente puntualità. CANCELLAZIONE E RIPROGRAMMAZIONE Se si desidera annullare o modificare un appuntamento, vi chiediamo gentilmente un preavviso di almeno 24 ore. Tutte le cancellazioni non avvenute in tempo utile verranno addebitate come trattamento completo specificando la non presenza. CONSIDERAZIONI SULLA SALUTE Al vostro arrivo in Spa prima di eseguire il trattamento da voi scelto, vi chiederemo di compilare un questionario in cui ci garantite il vostro stato di salute. TRATTAMENTI DURANTE GRAVIDANZA Non offriamo servizi Spa durante il primo trimestre di gravidanza, in quanto questo è controindicato. Dopo questo termine, i trattamenti selezionati sono disponibili a discrezione dei nostri terapisti qualificati.
Dear guests We kindly request your assistance with the following: Allow the therapist to perform a service as reserved and timed, giving as much honest information as is necessary for you to receive the maximum benefit of your treatment. Give the therapist feedback as to your comfort level. As a courtesy to other Spa users, we ask you to speak in a low voice. Kindly refrain from using mobile phones and other potentially disrupting devices in the Spa. Nira Spa by Pure Altitude in its entirety is a non-smoking area. Your feedback is treasured and as such, we ask you to kindly share your valued comments with the Spa staff or the hotel management. OPENING HOURS Nira Spa by Pure Altitude is open for treatments from 09am to 08pm, 7 days a week. The wet zone is accessible to our guests between 08am to 08pm. We regret that we can take no responsibility for accidents or injuries sustained in the absence of Spa staff. Children over the age of 16 may enjoy services from our treatment menu and Fitness. For younger children we kindly ask parents to be present. APPOINTMENTS We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your treatment as we highly recommend that you enjoy our wet zone beforehand. As a courtesy to our other guests, all appointments are completed as scheduled. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING So that we may accommodate other guests, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change an appointment. All cancellations within this period and no-shows will incur the full costs of the treatment. HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS We kindly request that a consultation form is completed prior to your scheduled appointment time. In the subsequent discussion with your therapist, please remain open to ensure that we are able to safely tailor the service to your specific needs. Please ensure that you are cleared by a medical practitioner should you have prior health concerns. TREATMENTS DURING PREGNANCY We do not offer Spa services during the first trimester of pregnancy, as this is contraindictive. After the three months period, selected treatments are available at the discretion of our trained therapists. It is advised that wraps are avoided for the duration of your pregnancy and as such, these treatments will not be offered. FITNESS We ask that appropriate attire such as athletic sports clothing and foot wear be worn at all times while utilizing this area. As a matter of etiquette and hygiene, removal of shirts in the gym is not permissible. SPA ATTIRE AND PRIVACY Each guest will be asked to change into dressing gown and disposable underwear where relevant for particular treatment. For our guests residing at Nira Montana, the bathrobe from your room may be worn from there directly to the Spa. Treatments are performed in private rooms and your sense of comfort is of extreme importance to us, hence your modesty is fully protected throughout the service that you have reserved. PERSONAL ITEM It is best that jewellery and other items of value are not brought to Nira Spa by Pure Altitude. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. WET ZONE – POOL, SAUNA, STEAM, AROMA AND COLD EXPERIENCES We ask that prior to using the swimming pool and steam room a shower is taken. We recommend 15 minute intervals in the sauna and steam room with a 5 minute rest period in between, where a cold dip or shower should be taken to restore the body’s normal temperature before repeating another 15 minutes. Persons with high or low blood pressure, pregnancy and other contraindicated medical conditions should consult a medical practitioner prior to use. In the interest of safety and as a courtesy to other users, we ask that children remain under monitored adult supervision at all times. Nudity outside children’s use periods is entirely at your discretion. Our younger guests may use the wet zone facilities until 5pm each day. After this time, this area is the reserve of adults only. The Nira Spa by Pure Altitude team reserves the right that disruptive children are requested to leave the area. CHILL OUT ROOM We respectfully request that the sanctity of this quiet area be maintained at all times as this is a space reserved for our guests to relax.
