Informazioni per le squadre
ITA • Presentarsi all’orario stabilito con mascherina. Rimuoverla solo durante
gli assalti o all’aperto.
• All’arrivo firmare/consegnare l’autodichiarazione e il modulo pri-
vacy e provare la febbre, disinfettare mani.
• Raggiungere la zona equipaggiamento assegnata nella palestra piccola.
• Inviare qualcuno a verificare che lo spogliatoio assegnato sia vuoto.
• In caso di spogliatoio vuoto, entrare in tre. Il quarto attende che uno degli
altri finisca.
• Non lasciare nulla in spogliatoio, ma riporre nelle borse e riportarle
nella zona equipaggiamento.
• Una volta pronti si può sostare fuori oppure nella zona di attesa sugli
spalti o ancora nella zona equipaggiamento
• A inizio evento verrà fatta foto di gruppo e presentazione delle squadre
in zona di attesa sugli spalti.
• Almeno 10 minuti prima dell’orario di assalto presentarsi nella zona di
attesa assegnata sugli spalti.
• Quando la squadra precedente lascia il campo, posizionare le proprie cose
e se stessi nell’area R accanto ai campi, vicino al proprio colore assegnato.
• Verificare la disinfezione della superficie interna dei guanti e delle armi
da utilizzare.
• Inviare un capitano che assista all’estrazione dell’ordine delle armi .
• Fornire l’ordine degli schermidori.
• Presentarsi in pedana. Lo schermidore che si presenta in pedana rimuove
la mascherina prima.
• Al termine dello scontro controllare il risultato e firmare i fogli.
• Lasciare il campo con le proprie cose e spostarsi nell’area assegnata sugli
spalti o nella palestra piccola, a meno che si debba disputare immediata-
mente un nuovo assalto.
• Nei turni di pausa è possibile utilizzare armi proprie nel campo dedicato
allo sparring.
• Per usufruirne spostarsi nella zona equipaggiamento e attendere che si
liberi il campo.
• Al termine dell’ultimo scontro di giornata, verificare il proprio orario di
accesso agli spogliatoi e procedere come all’arrivo.
• Tra sabato e domenica sarà possibile lasciare equipaggiamento in palestra,
ma non negli spogliatoi.
• La premiazione sarà da seguire dalla zona di Attesa sugli spalti.
• Il rinfresco della domenica sarà da consumare o all’esterno o, in caso di
pioggia, a rotazione nella sala d’ingresso. In caso di pioggia verranno for-
niti i turni di rotazione.VAD EMECUM
Info for the teams
ENG • Show at the given time wearing masks. Remove the mask only during
bouts or when outside.
• At the arrival sign or present all the necessary documentation.
• Test for fever and sanitize hands.
• Reach the equipment area assigned in the small gym.
• Send someone to verify that the assigned changing room is free (If needed).
• If free, enter in 3. The 4th can wait for one of his teammates to finish.
• Never leave anything in the changing rooms, but leave closed bags
in the assigned equipment area.
• Once ready you can wait outside or in the assigned spectating zone
on the main gym stands, or, again, in the equipment area.
• At the beginning of the events, teams will be presented and the group
picture taken on the stands.
• At least 10 min before the time of the next bout, the team must show up
in the assigned stand spot.
• When the teams from the previous bout leave the field, bring the team small
equipment and position yourself in the R area next to the assigned corner.
