© Copyright 2011, First Solar, Inc. 11Conclusioni • Grandi impianti ancora necessari nel mix per supportare effetti di scala sui costi dei componenti… ricaduta benefica sui costi dei piccoli impianti. • I players industriali sono impegnati nella costante riduzione dei costi ed incremento delle prestazioni dei loro prodotti, ma hanno bisogno di prospettive di lungo termine per pianificare produzione ed investimenti. • L’incentivazione non serve (solo) per raggiungere un target minimo di installato ma, per essere un investimento profittevole, deve creare un mercato sostenibile … LCOE competitivo con fonti convenzionali. • L’incentivazione crea nuove sorgenti per l’Erario e riduce la spesa di importazione di energia/fonti primarie. • No ad incentivazioni generose, necessari meccanismi stabili /di lungo termine con chiara visibilità sulle tariffe future… ciò permette un abbattimento di prezzi coerente con la riduzione dei costi, eliminazione di bolle speculative. © Copyright 2011, First Solar, Inc. 12
