Dal 1965 Scamer S.r.l. è specializzata nella costruzione e fornitura di tubi rigidi speciali destinati a
molteplici applicazioni e settori industriali, e realizzati in vari materiali quali ferro, inox, rame, ottone, alluminio,
titanio, Bundy. Siamo fornitori diretti di primarie aziende nazionali ed internazionali in settori industriali quali
la produzione di veicoli in genere, mezzi pesanti, mezzi movimento terra, mezzi agricoli, motori in genere,
gruppi elettrogeni, macchinari speciali, impianti di condizionamento, motori marini, apparecchiature medicali,
dispositivi ferroviari, parti di motociclo.
Since 1965 Scamer S.r.l. have been specialising in pipe bending and welding, whichever the pipes and
their intended use and can process an extremely wide range of metals: copper, brass, steel, stainless steel,
titanium, Bundy and aluminium. We supply original parts directly to major manufacturers both in the domestic
market and abroad in different Industries like passenger and commercial vehicle, railway, industrial equipment,
refrigeration and air conditioning, household appliances, power generators, motorcycle.
Scamer débute en 1965 dans l’usinage des métaux, et notamment se spécialise dans le cintrage et
soudage des tubes rigides pour tout emploi. Notre savoir-faire nous permet de travailler et fournir tubes en
différent matériaux, selon la demande du client: laiton, cuivre, fer, inox, Bundy, titane, aluminium. Scamer est
fournisseur directe aux majeurs constructeurs nationaux et internationaux, ainsi que partenaire reconnu dans
plusieurs domaines industriels, tels que véhicules, poids lourds, bus, véhicules de carrière et terrassement,
moteurs en générale, équipement industriels, air conditionné, nautique, médicale, ferroviaire, groupes
électrogènes, moto.

Scamer S.r.l. supplies simple and complex pipes, with welded sections (MIG/MAG/TIG welding and bra-
zing) and various types of accessories (fittings, brackets, ring screw fittings, nuts, flanges), in small and medium
sized series and from both drawings and customised samples. Products with either fixed or variable radius can
be processed, as well as different types of tubes: round, square or profiled section bars, round rods. We can
process pipes and tubes with diameters ranging from 4 mm up to 100 mm and of any length up to 6 mt
(19.7 feet). Products can be supplied finished including surface treatment (painting, zinc coating, chromium
coating, cataphoresis, passivation) as well as completed with marking, tags, labels, sheaths.

profilierte Profilstangen, Rundstangen. Wir können Rohre und Rohre mit Durchmessern von 4 mm bis zu 100

Qualità tramite la regolare esecuzione di prove di tenuta a vuoto e in pressione, nonché con controlli dimensio-
nali effettuati con scanner laser 3D.
Being Quality Certified ISO 9001 since 2008, Scamer S.r.l. rely on highly specialized labor carrying exten-
sive experience and skills in bending, welding, braze welding and assembly. Quality is a very important issue at
Scamer: we perform regular quality checks, including vacuum and pressure leak tests and 3D laser dimensional
measuring.
Ayant obtenu sa Certification ISO 9001 depuis 2008, notre Société peut compter sur des travailleurs
hautement spécialisés dans le cintrage, soudage, brasage et assemblage de tubes. Depuis toujours Scamer
vise l’assurance qualité grâce à des contrôles serrés: essais de tenue par vide et par pression, contrôle dimen-
sionnel (laser 3D).
